Ostrow Brasserie's Culinary Journey Across France with Rotating Regional Menu Series
Ostrow Brasserie, Miami’s celebrated French Kosher brasserie announces a gastronomic journey across France with the unveiling of its rotating regional menu series featuring cuisine of the South, North, East and West regions. This dining experience invites guests to enjoy the flavors and culinary traditions of different regions of France each week, with an immersive exploration of the country's rich culinary heritage. The preset menu is $69 per person inclusive of a glass of wine.
Week 1: South of France (May 6 - 12)
Kicking off the series is a tribute to the sun-kissed flavors of the South of France. The menu includes:
Cesar Salad with Olives & Preserved Lemon
Tagliatelle Pasta with Ground Lamb & Arugula Coulis
Lemon Tart
Complemented by a glass of chilled rosé, guests will be transported to the sun-drenched vineyards and azure coastlines of the South of France.
Week 2: North of France (May 13 – 19)
Ostrow Brasserie invites guests to explore the flavors of the North of France:
Endive & Blue Cheese Salad
Short Rib Stew Cooked in Beer "Carbonade Flamande"
Tarte Tatin
Complemented with a glass of crisp Pinot Gris.
Week 3: East Region (May 20 - 26)
Within picturesque vineyards and rolling hills, the East Region of France boasts a rich culinary heritage influenced by its proximity to Germany and Switzerland:
Duck rillette with jam & warm baguette
Quiche Lorraine & salad frisee
Crepe Suzette
Complementing these dishes is a glass of Riesling.
Week 4: West Region (May 27 - June 2)
Known for its picturesque landscapes, bountiful seafood, and rich culinary traditions, the West Region of France serves as the inspiration for this week's menu:
Sausage “en croute”
Blue Cheese Lamb Burger
Prune Flan “Far Breton”
