  • Balmy lightness for Celine Summer 2026 collection

Under blue skies at the Parc de Saint-Cloud, Michael Rider presented his second collection, a continuation of a summery spirit, marked by omnipresent scarves.  Women’s and men’s looks share references rooted in the heritage of the brand and its vision of living in the moment. Summer warmth inspires airy garments, floral and sequined dresses cut short, accompanied by swirling draping. Silk scarves are reimagined as polo shirts, flowy trousers or patchwork tops.  While black prevails, vivid colorful accents punctuate the collection, from a blazing red turtleneck to a crisp blue shirt, or an electric yellow sweater. The understated elegance of a beige trench coat catches the eye with bright lining. Accessories also take center stage for the coming summer season. Mini or oversized bags, extra-large sunglasses, layers of jewelry, and bicycle helmets anchor CELINE in a Parisian everyday life. ML Staff. Content/images courtesy of LVMH

  • Orlando Ballet Opens Season with Swan Lake, and Immersive Experience Showcasing one of Ballet’s Most Iconic Roles

The Orlando Ballet launches its 2025-26 season with feathers, false identities and fatal romance, as it presents Swan Lake , one of the most legendary ballets in the history of dance, at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Steinmetz Hall, Oct. 16-19 . Featuring choreography by Christopher Stowell and live accompaniment by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra’s 56 musicians under Guest Conductor Gabriel Gordon, this production promises an unforgettable experience for both longtime ballet lovers and first-time audiences. Renee Shubov, Aria Smith, Kellie Fulton, Kate Gardinier, Sabrina Sierens, Kenna Gold Set to Tchaikovsky’s beloved music, Swan Lake follows Prince Siegfried and Odette, a princess cursed by the evil sorcerer Baron von Rothbart to live as a swan.  Alongside her, an entire flock of maidens are bound by the same spell. Their encounter by a moonlit lake sparks a love that could break the curse, but a cruel deception threatens their chance at freedom. When the sorcerer’s daughter, Odile, pretends to be Odette to trick the prince, the story unfolds into a haunting journey through love and betrayal. Timeless and deeply human, Swan Lake continues to move audiences of all ages with its beauty and emotional power. The leading ballerina must embody both Odette, the White Swan, and Odile, the Black Swan. This dual role, demanding both physical precision and emotional depth, has challenged and defined generations of ballerinas. The stark contrast between innocence and seduction makes Swan Lake one of the most difficult roles ever created.  “The transformation between the two characters happens in real time, in front of the audience,” said Orlando Ballet Artistic Director Jorden Morris. “It’s a tough ask, physically and emotionally, for the dancer to make that transition so quickly. But that’s what makes Swan Lake so powerful. Christopher Stowell’s choreography allows audiences to truly experience the tension and the struggle. The breathtaking performance and emotional engagement are what keep audiences coming back to this incredible story.” Producing a ballet of this magnitude is no small feat. Eighty-five dancers, including 28 students from Orlando Ballet school ranging in age from seven and up, take the stage, while more than 400 pairs of pointe shoes carry the story forward. Behind the curtain, 22 crew members work tirelessly to ensure every moment of the production shines. No other organization in Central Florida is equipped to bring Swan Lake to life at this level. “ Swan Lake is a remarkable production requiring extraordinary commitment from our entire organization.” said Morris. “This show also represents an amazing opportunity for our Orlando Ballet School students to take an active role in a large-scale production. For many, the experience of being a part of Swan Lake will begin a lifelong passion for dance and the performing arts.” For more information and to purchase tickets, visit Orlandoballet.org , call +1 (407) 918-9828 or email boxoffice@orlandoballet.org Ticket fees are included in online and phone transactions. • Miami Area’s Top 10 Restaurants to Celebrate National Pasta Day

A little al dente, a lot of comfort. Whether you want a rich vodka sauce moment or something bright and simple, these 10 Miami area favorites have a bowl with your name on it. Think handmade dough, luxurious slow-cooked ragùs, fresh seafood tossed with linguine, and places so good you’ll forget about calories (at least for a night). From casual trattorias to elevated dining rooms, there’s a pasta journey waiting in every neighborhood. Carbone Credits: Carbone If National Pasta Day had a mascot, it’d be Carbone’s Spicy Rigatoni Vodka. Round it out with Lobster Ravioli or go classic with Veal Parmesan and a glass from their big, glitzy wine program. They lean into the theatrical: tuxedoed captains, vintage glamour, bold presentation. The pasta here hits because it’s both indulgent and precise, sauces rich, pasta cooked just right.  Macchialina Credits: Macchialina Rustic charm, handmade pasta, seasonal ingredients, and a chef (Michael Pirolo) who treats pasta as something to celebrate, not just “something on the menu.” Standouts include the cavatelli with baby meatballs and the wild mushroom polenta, which are cozy without being predictable. The restaurant feels like what happens when you mix neighborhood warmth with serious craft. Narbona Credits: Narbona House favorites read like a National Pasta Day mood board: Pappardelle Mignon with truffled mushrooms and beef tenderloin, Tagliatelle Ragù, Gorgonzola Gnocchi with crispy prosciutto, and lasagna for two. Come hungry. They also lean into variety, lighter options (like Pasta Primavera) for contrast, risottos, and ways to mix proteins or sauces.  Mirabella Credits: Mirabella Chef Michael White’s coastal-Italian menu nails the classics: Bucatini Cacio e Pepe, Creste Bolognese, Lumache in spicy vodka sauce, even Gnocchetti with blue crab if you want seafood with your carbs. Elegant setting, straight-up satisfying pasta. Their pastas are made fresh, sauces are layered but not heavy, and each dish is plated to show off the colors and textures, seafood, citrus, herbs, peppers. If you’re feeling fancy, the ocean view at dusk makes it even better. Vitolo Credits: Vitolo If you’re stretching “Miami” to greater SoFlo, Vitolo is a pasta party: Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Linguine alle Vongole, and Spicy Paccheri alla Vodka. Big portions, big flavor, classic Italian-American comfort. Their pasta menu is extensive, with sauces ranging from creamy to seafood forward; they also do lobster ravioli and fra diavolo for when you want something luxe. Great for splurging or for nights when you want your pasta mood fulfilled in every way.  Da Angelino Cucina Italiana Credits: Da Angelino Cucina Italiana Cocowalk’s newest Italian gem is all about approachable luxury on a plate. Fresh, hand-rolled pastas shine here, from the Fettuccine Alfredo to a show-stopping Pappardelle Bolognese that’s slow-cooked to perfection. Seafood lovers will adore the Linguine alle Vongole, and don’t skip the house-made gnocchi for a pillowy bite of comfort.  Pane & Vino Credits: Pane & Vino Known for its rustic Italian charm, Pane & Vino serves handmade pastas that feel both comforting and thoughtfully prepared. Try the Linguine con Vongole or the rich Tagliatelle al Ragù, and don’t miss the stuffed pasta specials that rotate seasonally.  Salumeria 104 Credits: Salumeria 104 Salumeria 104 nails the Italian comfort hit with a touch of finesse. Their house-made pasta shines in standouts like the Tagliatelle Bolognese, Lasagna del Salumiere, and Spaghetti alla Bottarga, each with depth and character. The black-ink Fettuccine with wild-caught shrimp gives you something playful but still serious. It’s roomy and warm, with affettati and salumi you’ll want to share before your pasta arrives, plus desserts that won’t feel like an afterthought.   Pasta e Basta Credits: Pasta e Basta Pasta e Basta lives up to its name: mostly pasta, all earnest. Their carbonara has that golden hue and real guanciale, rigatoni amatriciana delivers punch, and the lasagna is hearty enough to fill you up without feeling heavy. Simpler preparations let the sauce and pasta speak, rather than hiding them under cream or fuss. The space is relaxed, the service friendly, and it’s perfect for those “I just want good pasta” nights. Soya & Pomodoro   Credits: Pasta e Basta Soya & Pomodoro brings “old-world Italian meets new” energy to National Pasta Day. Their Primi Piatti lineup includes Gnocchi alla Sorrentina (fresh gnocchi, tomato, basil & mozzarella), Fettuccine alla Bolognese, Ravioli in salsa di noci, and Scialatielli Vongole e Bottarga—each with bold flavors, handmade pasta, and an elegant simplicity. The dining room lives in a historic Beaux-Arts building with high ceilings, archways, local art, and live music, making even a weeknight dinner feel like a celebration. Whether you’re there for the just-tomato-and-cheese comfort or want something richer, this is one of those places where the pasta really does taste like care. By ML Staff. • Why Monitoring HGH Levels Is Becoming Essential for Aging Adults

Human growth hormone is frequently associated with development during childhood, but it does serve a vital role in every stage of life. In the adult years, human growth hormone regulates metabolism, helping the body repair and recover by supporting healthy bone and muscle mass. Unfortunately, the natural production of human growth hormone typically begins to decline for most people in their mid-30s. The resulting changes are something many individuals assume is simply a part of "getting older." However, more aging adults are discovering that monitoring their human growth hormone levels can offer a valuable perspective into their health. Learn how human growth hormone works, what happens after it starts decreasing, and how managing levels safely might help you age with resilience and energy. What Is HGH and Why Does It Matter? The pituitary gland produces human growth hormone and releases it in short bursts into the bloodstream; this particularly happens during deep sleep. It drives childhood growth, but it plays a different yet equally important role in adulthood. Human growth hormone helps regulate: Muscle mass and bone density Cellular regeneration and tissue repair Metabolism of sugars and fats Skin hydration and elasticity Energy levels and exercise recovery When human growth hormone declines, adults might start noticing signs resembling the natural process of aging, such as: Reduced motivation and stamina Slower healing from illness or workouts Increased belly fat, particularly in the midsection Visible aging, more wrinkles, and thinner skin Lean muscle mass loss Since many of these symptoms overlap with different conditions, testing human growth hormone levels and monitoring them helps distinguish hormone imbalance from normal aging. Why Monitoring HGH Levels Matters Aging adults keeping an eye on their human growth hormone levels aren't being vain; they're focusing on their health. Without monitoring, adults might assume their symptoms are a natural part of aging and miss the opportunity to take proactive steps for improved health. Monitoring offers more than one advantage. Explaining Lingering Symptoms If someone experiences unexplained weight gain, persistent fatigue, or changes in muscle and skin tone, a hormone panel may reveal whether low human growth hormone is contributing to the issue. Tracking Lifestyle Effectiveness Diet, exercise, and sleep all impact hormone production. Routine testing lets adults see if healthy habit are actually influencing their human growth hormone levels. Guiding Medical Care For some individuals, extremely low levels of human growth hormone might warrant medical support. A physician can use test results to ascertain whether human growth hormone therapy or another treatment is safe and appropriate. Lifestyle First: Supporting human growth hormone Naturally For the majority of adults, the first step in maintaining healthy levels of human growth hormone is optimizing their lifestyle choices. Small habits practiced daily can significantly impact hormone balance. Emphasizing these pillars of wellness can help you sustain healthier human growth hormone levels, free of medical intervention. Prioritize Consistent, Deep Sleep Human growth hormone is released in multiple pulses throughout the night, particularly in slow-wave sleep. Practice good sleep hygiene and aim for seven to nine hours of rest each night to naturally improve your production. Exercise Regularly Strength training and high-intensity workouts in particular are known to boost the natural secretion of human growth hormone. Even moderate levels of activity help maintain healthy hormones over time. Eat a Balanced Diet With Protein Nutrient-rich foods should contain healthy fats, lean proteins, and complex carbs, and they support both hormone regulation and metabolism. Avoiding excessive sugar consumption might also reduce the suppression of human growth hormone. Manage Stress Elevated cortisol resulting from chronic stress can blunt the release of human growth hormone. Relaxation practices, such as yoga, daily walks, or meditation, can help. When Medical Support May Be Needed Lifestyle changes alone may not be sufficient for specific individuals. Clinically low human growth hormone can be confirmed through medical evaluation and lab testing, and it might require professional treatment. A doctor might discuss human growth hormone therapy in these instances. You need to know that human growth hormone therapy isn't the right solution for everyone, nor is it a quick fix. Proper supervision is crucial to avoiding risks, such as fluid retention, joint pain, and more serious side effects. Given that, if you have an interest in human growth hormone treatment, start by consulting a licensed healthcare provider. Some adults look to purchase human growth hormone online, but professional guidance is always necessary for safe and effective use. A doctor can confirm the therapy is needed, prescribe the proper dosage, and closely monitor progress. Without adequate oversight, the potential benefits can be drowned out by the risks. Decisions and Insights Matter Aging is inevitable, but how you age is determined by your choices and the insights you gain throughout the years. Monitoring human growth hormone levels provides aging adults with a clearer understanding of their hormonal health, enabling them to use this information to guide their wellness efforts, recognize symptoms, and determine when medical support may be necessary. Combining responsible medical oversight as necessary with healthy habits, adults can maintain resilience, energy, and vitality well into their later years. If you're looking into how to buy HGH  online or considering human growth hormone therapy, remember that effective and safe results always depend upon professional guidance. By ML Staff.
