Crafted by Chef Juan Simonte, the menu offers a diverse array of dishes utilizing innovative and healthy techniques, with the goal of enhancing both flavor and nutritional value. The dining experience is designed for sharing, providing a gastronomic journey through a spectrum of flavors, colors, and textures. The menu categorizes dishes into different food groups, including cereals and legumes, featuring items like Corn foam, Quinoa risotto, and Mung and adzuki beans ragout.


Standout dishes comprise Confit shiitakes, grilled cabbage, potato carpaccio, cabbage and mustard emulsion, and the creamy white polenta with roasted root vegetables. Delightful vegetable choices include fennel braised in orange juice and grilled Brussels sprouts with sesame vinaigrette. Pastry Chef Paula Maroni prepares delightful desserts such as Sauteed pear crumble with a vanilla bean and the Chocolate bonbon filled with mousse and mandarin curd.

Bariloche


Flying from Buenos San Carlos de Bariloche, commonly referred to as Bariloche, takes just 2:15 minutes. You will fly into San Carlos de Bariloche (BRC) airport which is about 30 minutes by car from Bariloche. We highly recommend booking a car rental in advance to ensure car availability since public transport is very limited and not recommended if you are looking to explore its natural beauty.

Positioned along the shores of Nahuel Huapi, a vast glacial lake encircled by the majestic Andes Mountains, Bariloche is a popular travel destination year round. In this story, we choose to experience Bariloche in the Summer in order to enjoy outdoor activities. Worth noting is that summer months in Argentina are December through February.

Bariloche is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, offering over 200 scenic trails perfect for hiking, biking, and trail running. Beyond the trails, crystal-clear lakes offer marvelous opportunities for boating, swimming, and more. Don’t miss a visit to the Siete Lagos (the Seven Lakes) or explore at least some of them. Venture into the Nahuel Huapi National Park for breathtaking hikes, including the stunning Refuge Frey. Llao Llao is a must-visit with its trails, restaurant, and golf course. For panoramic vistas, ascend Cerro Campanario, a highlight of the “Circuito Chico,” providing a 360º perspective of the lakes and city.
