  • 7 Cannabis Strains That Can Help You With Anxiety

Anxiety is a common issue among humans today. The triggers are many and differ from everyday life stresses to more complex problems that disturb people. However, it is possible to get over your anxious thoughts and feelings and stay on top of things, no matter how difficult they seem. While some people easily calm themselves down, others need a little extra support to get there. This explains the different herbal supplements and medications often prescribed by experts to help people manage their anxiety. One of the most common solutions used globally is CBD. It effectively deals with anxiety and related conditions and is reasonably practical and easy to use daily. But what is the best CBD to use for anxiety?  This article attempts to shed more light on this matter and will be an excellent eye-opener for both newbies and CBD veterans. So read on to know what to include in your herbal medicine stash. ACDC CBD comes in different forms and brands. This is why you may have heard about the fast-acting CBD sleep tincture  and wondered if it is an excellent choice for anxiety. Well, it makes for an excellent choice for someone who wants to have their CBD dose as candies. Alternatively, you can choose to go with ACDC. This is a perfect option for people who wish to get at least 15 percent of CBD and no THC since it contains 14 to 15 percent CBD and below 0.03 percent of THC. It works excellently for stress and anxiety but can also come in handy when dealing with pain and aches. Many reviewers term it a happy and relaxing solution for users who want the benefits of CBD without feeling stoned. It comes highly recommended when struggling with anxiety. Fruity Pebbles Strain The Fruity Pebbles strain  is known for its calming and mood-lifting effects, making it helpful for easing anxiety and stress. Its balanced hybrid nature promotes relaxation without heavy sedation, helping users feel peaceful, clear-headed, and emotionally balanced. Remedy The next strain you need to know about is Remedy which comes with a CBD percentage of 14. It is an excellent choice since it has no psychoactive effects when used. What's more, it is perfect for starters since it has a lemon-tart flavor that mellows easily. If you wonder which CBD strain to try out without the bodily or head effects associated with other products, then Remedy is an excellent choice. Lifter This industry is evolving and advancing with each passing day. It is therefore not surprising when new products enter the market. As long as they are significant and valuable, then they are welcomed. Being a new player that averages a CBD percentage of 16 and almost no THC levels, then it is a game-changer. The smell is quite strange, but it is easily described as cheesy with a few fuel hints. If you do not mind these rather odd combinations, you should consider using them for your anxiety. What's more, it is likely to make you more focused and productive after use. Ringo's Gift This is a different solution for anxiety patients who may want to get a bit high. Usually, the strain contains CBD to THC levels in the ratio 13:1, but it is not uncommon to find strains as high as 20:1. It is achieved by crossing two CBD strains, namely the ADCD and the Harle-Tsu strains. Those who have used Ringo's Gift have reported improved sleep and a positive change in their anxiety and depression status.  Harle-Tsu The Harle-Tsu strain is a popular strain among CBD users. It is famed for being effective even with only 13 percent of CBD. Tests may show higher levels. In 2014, it won the Emerald Cup as the best CBD flower, with lab tests revealing that it contained 21.05 percent CBD and 0.86 percent THC. With such combinations and CBD: THC ratios, it is a favorite winner among individuals seeking to bring down their anxiety levels while boosting their focus. What's more, it seems to work great going by the reviews and positive testimonials. Critical Mass Critical Mass is slightly different from other strains mentioned above because it comes with higher THC levels. It is an excellent option for people who want to deal with their anxiety issues and experience a little buzz. It has 8 to 10 percent of CBD and 4 to 7 percent of THC. Only use it if you are ready for the psychoactive effects it comes with Other Note-worthy CBD Strains for Anxiety Management There are a lot more CBD strains that people can explore apart from those mentioned above. They all vary in CBD percentages, meaning that users have a larger pool to choose from. What one goes for is purely a matter of preference and whether the CBD is flavored. Some people may choose CBD strains with higher CBD levels, while others may want lower to average levels. Some of the other strains to go for include Sour Space Candy with 17 percent CBD, Elektra with 16 to 20 percent, Sour Tsunami with 13 percent, and Cherry Wine with 17 percent. You may also want to consider the levels of THC in these CBD strains before buying. Most of them have trace amounts of THC whose effect is negligible, while others have varying THC levels. Final Thoughts CBD is a versatile herbal remedy extract from the cannabis or hemp plant. It helps treat or manage different conditions, including anxiety and depression. Besides that, CBD also works perfectly for pain management, not to mention other medical and physical issues it helps address. However, knowing which CBD strain to choose for particular issues is what makes a difference. Those mentioned above are great CBD strains for anxiety treatment and should be in everyone's medicine cabinets since anxiety is one issue that happens to everyone, no matter how strong they are. • American Heritage Schools Announces Winners of 2025 Business and Entrepreneurship Competition Finals

Over 70 people attended   American Heritage Schools ’  annual high school Business Incubator Pitch Challenge, where five finalist student-created companies presented to a distinguished panel of high-profile judges and vied for an opportunity to secure investments and recognition as top innovators. This culminating event took place on Wednesday, Oct. 15, at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center.   These aspiring entrepreneurs, students from both Palm Beach and Broward campuses, are all enrolled in an advanced Business and Entrepreneurship curriculum modeled after Harvard Business Review materials. Each delivered polished pitches for their  s tudent-created companies, either incorporated and close to entering the market, demonstrating creativity and entrepreneurial spirit in the competition finals. The finals came after a year of preparation. The students, all Class of 2026 seniors, spent the full year developing their business ideas, starting in October 2024, in preparation for this competitive event.   The event opened with an introduction from Dr. Douglas Laurie, president of American Heritage Schools and Jonathan Fichman, business incubator instructor of the Business and Entrepreneurship Pre-Professional Program at American Heritage Schools. Students presented their ideas and faced rigorous Q&A sessions, gaining practical business and entrepreneurial experience. Cash prizes and trophies were awarded to the top three teams, recognizing their hard work and innovation, including:   Earning first place was  Mobile Mart , a truck-style store offering a mobile, sustainable shopping option designed to reduce or eliminate packaging and food waste in communities, which was founded by Pranav Rai, Ava Weissman, Sophia Lary, Emily Weyenberg. Second place was awarded to  Wound Watch , a handheld ultrasound scanner that monitors surgical wound healing, providing detailed tissue regeneration insights for better postoperative care, created by students Margaret Trowbridge, Jaimin Patel, Noah Abel, Ananya Zaverchand, Laila Rozenburg. The third-place team was  BloomBee,  a bee pollination device for both commercial and retail use, which included students Dylan Chen, Yunxiang Pan, Jiarui Li, Max Trachtenberg.   The esteemed judges’ panel consisted of top-tier industry leaders bringing expertise from various sectors to evaluate the pitches. Judges included Wael Barsoum, M.D., president and chief transformation officer of HOPCo and former CEO and president of Cleveland Clinic Florida; Tom Herskovits, former president and CEO of Specialty Foods and former president of Kraft/General Foods; Andrew Koenig, CEO of City Furniture; and Jim Ryan, a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with over 25 years of experience in customer experience, call centers, research, and technology solutions.   “Serving as a judge for the American Heritage Business Incubator Pitch Challenge Finals was an exceptional experience,” said Dr. Barsoum. “What sets this program apart is its emphasis on practical application. Students aren’t just learning concepts; they are putting them into action in a competitive, real-world pitch before leading CEOs, venture capitalists, and founders. American Heritage Schools is fostering entrepreneurial thinking and empowering future leaders to realize that the American dream is attainable through innovation, dedication, and opportunity.”   “Congratulations to all participants. Each team showcased strategic thinking, creativity and knowledge of market dynamics and consumer needs. The ideas presented demonstrate strong potential to evolve into sustainable enterprises,” said Herskovits. “This event is a testament to American Heritage Schools’ commitment to providing a high-caliber, hands-on business education that bridges academic knowledge with entrepreneurial action.”   “Our second annual Business Incubator Pitch Challenge Finals was a tremendous success,” said Mr. Fichman. “It has been incredibly gratifying to witness the dedication, creativity, and perseverance our students have shown throughout the year as they transformed their ideas into viable business ventures. The Business Incubator and AP Seminar courses at American Heritage were designed to empower students to think critically, embrace entrepreneurship, and tackle authentic business challenges. By presenting their ventures before a panel of distinguished industry leaders, students gain invaluable real-world experience, building the confidence, skills, and professional connections essential for future success.”   In 2023,  American Heritage Schools introduced the Business Incubator & AP Seminar class, a unique opportunity for 11th graders to embark on a journey of discovery and creativity. The business side of the class focuses on ideation, invention/research, and validation of the product idea; business planning; operationalizing the product idea; creation of financials; pitching/fundraising; marketing; and sales. The AP part of the class prepares students for the AP Seminar exam through steady research and analysis and cross-curricular conversations that explore the complexities of academic and real-world topics and issues by analyzing divergent perspectives.   The course is co-taught by two experienced educators, Mr. Fichman, who leads the Business Incubator section and Kim Kimpton, Ed.D., college advisor, who guides the AP Seminar curriculum.   To learn more about the Business Incubator course, visit   https://ahschool.info/ahs-business-incubator .   To learn more about the pre-professional programs at American Heritage, visit   https://www.ahschool.com/pre-professional-program . • The Now & Contemporary Evening Auction at Christie's

The Contemporary Evening Auction in November 2025 will feature artworks which capture the seismic shifts that occurred in art in the latter half of the 20th Century. Beginning with Post-War abstraction in America and Europe, through to Color-Field painting, Minimalism and the Pop Art movement, and into the critical postmodern inquiries of the 1980s and 1990s, this radical new mode of art-making fundamentally altered the course of art history, laying the foundations for the art movements which would shape the next fifty years across the globe. Spotlighting these developments within a unified platform, the masterworks of the Contemporary Art Evening Sale call into focus the plurality of visions, identities, and artistic innovations that reshaped the trajectory of art history as we know it today. These works and more will be viewable at Sotheby’s New York this November. New York, I Love You Works by Jean-Michel Basquiat, Frank Stella, and Barnett Newman, among others, prove the city to be an unending and iterative source of inspiration for artists across generations. From the explosive energy of the Postwar years to the downtown scene of the 1980s, the twentieth century found its cultural capital in the heart of New York City, with its artists paying tribute to it through some of their most iconic works. To Infinity Yves Klein, Lucio Fontana, and Ad Reinhardt pursue the absolute ends of artistic creation in the post-nuclear age, each turning to different means to achieve a picture beyond representation, whether lacerating the picture plane, seeking new, extraterrestrial media or cloaking the canvas in utter darkness. Maurizio Cattelan: America Maurizio Cattelan’s tour de force, his solid, 18-karat toilet America , makes its auction debut at Sotheby’s New York. A Legacy Reimagined Works from the Collection of Dorothy and Roy Lichtenstein History Painting Today Artists of the twenty-first century seek to reinvent the storied genre of portraiture. From Henry Taylor to Kerry James Marshall, even teetering on the figurative abstractions of Cecily Brown, contemporary artists tackle the question of how to paint history head-on. A Barkley L. Hendricks Masterwork, ‘Arriving Soon’ On the heels of Hendricks' blockbuster presentation at The Frick Madison, his 1973 masterpiece Arriving Soon makes its auction debut at The Breuer this fall. • Coconut Grove’s Gothic Fairytale Just Listed at $24m

A pastel-pink castle has just listed for $24 million, and it’s unlike anything else in Miami. Designed by acclaimed architect Ralph Portuondo, the 12,863-square-foot waterfront estate at 1840 S Bayshore Lane pairs Gothic grandeur with tropical serenity — and now, modern livability, courtesy of design and furniture studio Vesta Home .   Vesta designer Alex Ventura drew inspiration from the home’s Jerusalem stone arches, 30-foot vaulted ceilings and intricate stained glass, grounding the historic architecture with calm neutrals, sculptural silhouettes  and contemporary brass and glass accents. Subtle shimmer dances across furniture bases and lighting, while layered textures and soft upholstery bring warmth to the stone and glass structure.   “This home is a masterpiece of contrasts,” says Ventura. “We wanted to celebrate its Gothic storybook architecture while introducing a refined, modern softness— something that feels as serene as it is spectacular.” In the great room, Vesta’s twin Arista sofas face one another in a mirrored layout—designed to frame unobstructed ocean views and invite conversation. Outside, a keystone-edged infinity pool, rooftop sundeck and water-view terraces complete the fairytale.   Every room was staged and furnished by  Vesta , with all pieces available for purchase with the residence, offering the rare opportunity to move into a fully realized design. Represented by  Lourdes Alatriste  of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, one of South Florida’s leading luxury agents, the property sits in a coveted Coconut Grove waterfront enclave with proximity to premier schools, dining and marinas.
