R House Wynwood, Miami's hotspot for drag performances and inventive dining, is turning up the flavor with a new lineup of over-the-top, personality-packed burgers launching Friday, November 21. Helmed by Executive Chef and Owner, Rocco Carruli, the menu fuses comfort food classics with bold, rich flavors.
Big Flavors and Bigger Personality
“These burgers are sinfully good—so indulgent, you might argue they should be forbidden,” said Carruli. “We’re leaning into the fun, flirting with the edge, and creating something that feels right at home in Miami: unapologetic and made to be noticed. But above all, we wanted these burgers to appeal to every palate. Whether you’re here for brunch or just hungry at midnight, there’s a burger that speaks your language.”

Highlights You Won't Want To Miss
The new menu kicks off with the R Burger ($21), an 8-ounce beef patty layered with shredded mojo pork, Swiss cheese, chipotle barbecue sauce, caramelized onions, and crispy fritas, with the option to add an extra patty for more indulgence. For those craving a little extra, the BBL ($25) features a bacon-wrapped beef patty filled with molten cheese, topped with pink champagne-infused onions, candied jalapeños, secret sauce, and edible gold leaf. The Big Papi (Double $22 | Triple $27) features Caribbean-inspired flavors in every bite, combining beef and chorizo patties with Havarti cheese, stuffed poblano, fried plantains, grilled avocado, pico de gallo, and spicy aioli.
The Macho Burger (Single $17 | Double $24 | Triple $31) is a meat-and-cheese lover’s dream with spicy aioli, smoky four-cheese mac, sharp cheddar, thick-cut bacon, crispy shallots, and barbecue sauce. Mediterranean flair comes from the Greek Goddess ($25), layering a lamb and beef kofta patty with feta, goat cheese, arugula, olive tapenade, and tzatziki, with a vegan falafel alternative available for $17. The Italian Stallion ($22) pays homage to Carulli’s roots with a meatball patty, provolone, crispy prosciutto, burrata, basil pesto, and Parmesan crisp. For a twist, Walk That Duck (Single $25 | Double $30 | Triple $35) tops a beef patty with duck confit, fig jam, blue cheese, caramelized shallots, and herb aioli.
Lighter and playful options include the Skinny Legend ($15) chicken burger and the cheekily named Basic B**** (Single $12 | Double $17 | Triple $22), a classic beef patty with American cheese, pickles, and secret sauce.
