The Palm Beach location marks Louis Vuitton’s 14th store in the state and its most significant opening in the region this year. Inside, the design incorporates European oak wood flooring, wooden portals, and a series of rooms with varied ceiling heights and finishes. A sculptural wood staircase connects the two levels, where custom dégradé wallpaper adds a distinctive design element. - How Cryptocurrency Prices Are Redefining Miami’s Luxury Lifestyle
Ambition and creativity meet in Miami. In 2025, that combination has taken on a digital twist. While cryptocurrency prices have been fluctuating in the world, they have also been redefining luxury in the Magic City. Luxury Bitcoin-penthouse purchases and crypto digital art displayed in Wynwood galleries are a few examples of crypto riches integrated into the city’s daily life. The Global Market Finds Its Balance According to Binance Research’s August 2025 Monthly Market Insights, the cryptocurrency market experienced a brief surge before settling toward the end of the month. Bitcoin briefly breached the $124,000 mark in early August but quickly pulled back as momentum cooled. During this period, Bitcoin’s dominance decreased to around 57.3 percent, showing a decline in its overall influence on the broader market. This shift suggests that altcoins are beginning to gain more independence in their price movement. Ethereum’s market share rose above 14.2 percent, reflecting how capital is gradually rotating from Bitcoin into other major digital assets. Binance Research also noted that more than 4.4 million ETH are held within corporate treasury systems, representing about 3.67 percent of Ethereum’s total supply. While Bitcoin still occupies the majority of the market, these cases show how market diversification to other crypto assets is paired with growing confidence from the investors. The Digital Pulse of Miami Miami is one of the few cities that strictly emulates the change in the tech world. Just like how the city’s skyscrapers are popping up along Biscayne Bay, Miami’s transformation to the country’s hottest center for blockchain innovation has provided the same blossom. The world’s entrepreneurs, investors and artists are still flocking to the city, motivated by the city’s creative culture and its eagerness to accept modern concepts. In Miami, luxury property builders in the Brickell and minutes-away Downtown Miami and Miami Beach areas accept cryptocurrency as a method of payment for their premium e-commerce real estate. Many restaurants, galleries and private members' clubs have also started accepting digital payments. Miami’s adoption of the new way of life has allowed the city to blend life and technology. The Rise of DeFi and Stable Innovation According to Binance Research, decentralized finance exhibits the quickest growth. Lending protocols, Binance Research found, expanded in 2025 by 72 percent, with the total value locked hovering around 127 billion US dollars. Aave still holds the top position with 54 percent of the total, while Maple and Euler each approximate to nearly 3 billion. These growths show the capacity of the DeFi world being altered by tokenized real-world assets and institutional involvement. The same report also notes the rapid increase of Ethena’s yield-bearing stablecoin, USDe, which grew 43.5 percent in August 2025 to a supply of 12.2 billion US dollars. Ethena surpassed 10 billion US dollars in circulation in a record time of 536 days. Economically, USDe is the fastest-growing asset, which highlights the demand for earning interest on digital dollars. Crypto Culture in Everyday Miami The cultural side of crypto is equally vibrant. Binance Research recorded a 4 percent increase in NFT trading volume in August 2025 which is an indicator of renewed interest in the wake of prior market turbulence. Galleries in the Design District and Wynwood now boast blockchain certificates for the authentication of both digital and tangible works. Collectors are attracted to blockchain tokens due to the trust and assurance, while artists embrace the blockchain for the originality authentication. Events like Art Basel Miami Beach are starting to integrate art and technology through showcasing sophisticated works with an infusion of digital and traditional art. Even high-end fashion brands are pioneering the use of blockchain for authentication and tracking. This fusion of innovative fashion and technology complements the tapestry of Miami, which is known for its ever-changing growth. Driving Innovation Through New Tech Finance Perspectives You can feel the energy in Miami right away whenever the crypto market shifts toward the positive. New businesses pop up, coworking spaces get crowded and even rooftops turn into stalls at night, buzzing with the intersections of technology, art and finance. Binance Research even reported that in August of 2025, DeFi platforms coasted through 166 million USD in token buybacks with the help of Hyperliquid and Pump.fun . These numbers illustrate the comfort that developers have in the ecosystems that they are creating and their sustained focus. That same determination that the developers have is the same quality that Miami has. Miami has always needed to reinvent and integrate into new ways of development, including finance. Tech is integrated into every aspect of life and is seen from the beaches to the art studios to collaborations of science and artistry. When the price of cryptocurrency changes, it doesn't just affect profit; it changes what the city of Miami intends to be successful and sophisticated. Crypto moves like ideas, with broader and more efficient ways to transform and invest. Many city innovators now see the polygonal digital network of blockchain as luxurious, transparent, highly mobile and globally interconnected. Miami keeps showing off how glitz and design can go hand in hand. It offers a marvel of how culture can meet technology in sheer class, with advancement coming as easily as the east and ambition shining as bright as the city itself. By ML staff. - Made with Soul, Designed with Intention: The World of Raisa Imar Ortiz of CASARIO Design
Stepping into a CASARIO Design interior is like entering a space infused with intention. A subtle pulse seems to follow the rhythms of daily life, while every color, texture, and detail feels both purposeful and effortless. It’s the hallmark of Raisa Imar Ortiz, the Miami-based interior designer whose work blends tropical luxury with deep emotional resonance. Roots in Paradise Raised in the vibrant landscapes of Puerto Rico, Imar Ortiz grew up surrounded by color, music, and the cadence of daily life that would later shape her design sensibility. From an early age, she was drawn to storytelling, experimenting across art, fashion, and architecture. “I’ve always lived in my imagination,” she says. “Design gave me a way to bring that world to life, to create spaces people can touch, feel, and truly inhabit.” Her upbringing instilled an appreciation for culture and a natural instinct for narrative, now qualities that underpin every CASARIO Design project. A Path Defined by Curiosity Raisa’s journey into interior design was unplanned but inevitable. Fifteen years ago, a friend asked her to design a restaurant in their hometown. That project brought together structure, beauty, and logic in a way that felt both natural and thrilling. Since then, Raisa has built her reputation not by following trends but by following curiosity, both hers and her clients’. She believes every project should be inspired by the people living in the space: their stories, rhythms, and values, rather than fleeting dictates of style. Design as Storytelling Every CASARIO Design project begins with a thoughtful dialogue. Raisa delves deeply into her clients’ lives, what excites them, their routines, and non-negotiables, before developing a concept rooted in history, materiality, and function. “Design is not just how a space looks,” she explains. “It’s how it moves, how it lives, and most importantly, how it makes people feel.” The result is a tailored, thoughtful interior, never recycled, where every detail contributes to a home that tells a story. Aesthetic with Soul CASARIO Design’s aesthetic is contemporary but always soulful. The studio blends raw and refined elements, minimalism with bold textures, and modern silhouettes with handcrafted artistry. Raisa embraces contrast, such as juxtaposing unexpected colors, mixing textures, and pairing European and Spanish architectural influences with Japanese minimalism. Inspiration comes from fashion, film, and architecture, striking at any moment. “I move through the world with a certain boldness, drawn to beauty and the pulse of life in all its richness,” says Raisa. While the firm’s philosophy is apparent in every home her studio touches, each project is a harmonious blend of tropical elegance, contemporary minimalism, and emotional storytelling, designed to stand the test of time. Guided by Values At the heart of CASARIO Design’s philosophy are intentionality, respect, curiosity, excellence, and authenticity. Every decision, from material selections to overall concepts, is deliberate and purposeful to the overarching design. Respect extends to clients, tradespeople, and the creative process; curiosity drives the team to dig deep while staying playful; excellence manifests in meticulous attention to detail and seamless experiences; authenticity ensures that both Raisa and her clients remain true to their vision, helping determine the right fit for every project. Timeless Interiors, Personal Legacies Today, CASARIO Design is recognized for delivering luxurious, one-of-a-kind interiors worldwide, all rooted in Raisa’s Puerto Rican heritage and her relentless pursuit of refinement. Every space tells a story through color, texture, and form.creating not just homes, but experiences—spaces that move, inspire, and endure. A CASARIO Designed interior invites you into a world of quiet intention, where every detail speaks to thoughtful craftsmanship and refined beauty. Each project reflects a lifestyle that is elevated yet effortless, with spaces offering a sense of calm and connection. In the heart of Miami, Raisa’s work stands as a respite from the ordinary, with immersive environments that reflect the beauty of thoughtful living. With CASARIO Design, every home becomes a sanctuary of timeless elegance and soulful luxury, crafted with intention, shaped by imagination, and designed to be felt as much as seen. - Clase Azul México Unveils Día de Muertos Limited Edition “Recuerdos” — A Tribute to Memory and Tradition
Clase Azul México , the acclaimed Mexican luxury house celebrated for its artisanal spirits and cultural storytelling, proudly introduces Clase Azul Tequila Día de Muertos Edición Limitada Recuerdos , the fifth and final chapter of its revered Nuestros Recuerdos (“Our Memories”) series. Released annually to honor Mexico’s Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead), this year’s edition closes a five-year creative journey that began in 2021 with Sabores (“Flavors”), followed by Colores (“Colors”) in 2022, Aromas (“Aromas”) in 2023, and Música (“Music”) in 2024. The culmination, Recuerdos (“Memories”), celebrates the heart of the tradition itself—the act of remembrance and the enduring connection between the living and those who have passed. Honoring the Soul of Día de Muertos Each year, Día de Muertos brings families together to welcome the spirits of loved ones through vibrant altars, or ofrendas , adorned with photographs, candles, marigolds, and favorite foods of the departed. Clase Azul channels that profound sense of reunion and reverence into its annual limited-edition tequila, crafting not just a drink but a vessel of memory and meaning. A Liquid Tribute Crafted with Heart Guided by Master Distiller Viridiana Tinoco , Recuerdos is an añejo tequila composed of spirits aged between 12 and 38 months in first-use American whiskey casks. Part of the agave used was cooked in a traditional pit oven—an ancestral method that lends the tequila a rich, smoky complexity. “For me, this tequila is a nostalgic return to my grandmother’s kitchen, to the wood-fired stove where she made tortillas,” Tinoco shares. “Creating this tequila was a way to relive those moments with the heart and transform them into a liquid tribute. More than a tequila, it is an act of love—one that turns nostalgia into presence.” The result is an elegant and deeply evocative expression with aromas of cooked agave, smoked wood, orange peel, caramel, and clove. On the palate, it reveals orange marmalade and delicate spiced notes of cinnamon and clove, culminating in a long, warm finish of toasted wood and citrus. Artistry in Every Detail The ivory-hued decanter, designed by Mexican artist Erika Rivera , portrays a tender ofrenda surrounded by ethereal spirits—an artistic bridge between the tangible and the spiritual. Rivera, a Guadalajara native now based in Melbourne, drew inspiration from her own longing for home and the rich traditions that bind Mexicans across distances and generations. The bottle’s 24-karat gold-plated ornament, shaped like a locket, opens to reveal a reflective obsidian cameo —symbolic of the mirrors placed on ofrendas to help visiting souls recognize themselves. Its surface is adorned with delicate milagritos in bas-relief, representing faith, gratitude, and devotion. Each ornament was handcrafted by Milagros de Latón , a family-run brass workshop in Tesistán, Jalisco. Over 50 artisanal steps, from lost wax casting to hand polishing and gold plating, were required to bring every piece to life—a testament to Mexican craftsmanship and the enduring partnership behind the Nuestros Recuerdos series. A Collector’s Finale Only 10,000 decanters of Clase Azul Tequila Día de Muertos Edición Limitada Recuerdos will be available worldwide. Each 1-liter bottle (40% ABV / 80 proof) is priced at $1,900 USD plus taxes, offering connoisseurs a once-in-a-lifetime keepsake of beauty, artistry, and heritage. Learn more at claseazul.com . - Daniella Duran: Redefining Culture at the Intersection of Fútbol, Fashion, and Female Leadership
With a mic, a message, and an eye for style, Daniella Duran is building a new playbook – one where culture, community, and women’s voices lead the game. In a city as vibrant and multilayered as Miami, Daniella Duran is redefining what it means to lead at the intersection of sports, fashion, and media. As a journalist, content creator, and founder of Didi Sports and Did You Podcast , Duran has built a cultural bridge that spotlights Latin voices, empowers women in male-dominated spaces, and champions storytelling with soul. Whether she’s interviewing football icons or partnering with global brands like YSL and Rare Beauty, her work pulses with purpose and style. With deep roots in the world of fútbol and a fearless eye for aesthetics, Duran views the game not just as a sport but as a cultural movement. Her platforms offer more than commentary—they’re spaces for connection, identity, and disruption. Through her lens, jerseys meet runway, and strategy meets self-expression, all against the electric backdrop of Miami. In this exclusive conversation, Miami Living sat down with Daniella to talk legacy, leadership, and the bold blend of passions that fuel her work. From tactical analysis to fashion-forward storytelling, she shares what drives her and what’s coming next as fútbol, fashion, and female power converge on the global stage. Miami Living (ML): You’ve carved out a bold space where fashion, fútbol, and media intersect. What inspired you to blend these worlds, and why do you think they work so strongly together, especially in a city like Miami? Daniella Duran: Fútbol was a huge part of my life from a young age, but so were fashion and storytelling. Bringing those three worlds together felt natural to me. They’re all cultural languages, ways of expressing who we are. In a city like Miami, where cultures collide in the best way, that fusion makes even more sense. Fútbol here isn’t just a sport, it’s an identity. Fashion isn’t just clothes, it’s attitude. And the media is the perfect platform to amplify it all. ML: From working with icons like João Félix and Sergio Agüero to partnering with brands like YSL and Rare Beauty, you’ve built a diverse portfolio. How do you choose which collaborations align with your personal and professional brand? Daniella Duran: Everything I do has to feel aligned with who I am and what I stand for. I always ask: Does this brand or person bring something meaningful to the table? Are they pushing culture forward? Do they have a story worth telling? I look for real connection, not just a commercial opportunity. If there’s a powerful message behind it, that’s where I want to be. ML: What has your experience been like as a Latina woman leading in sports media and marketing, two historically male-dominated industries? Daniella Duran: It’s been challenging, but also incredibly empowering. As a Latina woman, I’ve had to carve out space where people didn’t always expect me to be. That’s taught me to be bold, strategic, and authentic. It’s also beautiful to see how other women feel inspired and encouraged to enter the space. We’re not just showing up, we’re making room for the next generation, too. ML: With the U.S. set to host the FIFA Club World Cup in 2025, what insight do you have to offer about how football, fashion, and female leadership will be converging on the global stage? Daniella Duran: We’re in a powerful moment. Fútbol is becoming more global and more cultural, and that’s where we, as women, step in. Fashion isn’t just about aesthetics anymore; it’s a statement of identity. And female leadership is shaping the narrative in ways we haven’t seen before. In 2025, I think we’ll see all of that come together on the world stage. It’s going to be loud, bold, and Miami will be at the center of it. ML: Didi Sports and Did You Podcast are both powerful platforms. What motivated you to launch them, and what kinds of stories or voices are you most passionate about highlighting? I launched them because I felt there was a gap in sports content that spoke from emotion, culture, and human experience. Didi Sports is my way of showing the game through a more intimate, more personal lens. And Did You Podcast is all about giving the mic to people whose voices aren’t always heard, especially women, Latin creatives, and people who are reshaping the industry from the inside. ML: Fashion plays a huge role in how athletes and creators express themselves. How do you see personal style as a tool for empowerment in sports culture today? Daniella Duran: Style is a form of claiming space. It’s saying, “This is who I am beyond the jersey, beyond the game.” Today, athletes are culture-makers, and what they wear speaks volumes. For me, personal style is a way to own your narrative. It’s saying: “I tell my story my way.” ML: Miami is central to your identity and aesthetic. How has the city influenced your creative vision and how you approach storytelling in your work? Daniella Duran: Miami taught me that there’s no one way to be Latino. Here, culture is celebrated in every accent, every rhythm, every shade. That gave me permission to show up fully as myself. The city’s energy, colors, and spirit are all part of how I tell stories: loud, honest, and full of flavor. ML: What are your favorite spots in Miami to relax and unwind? Daniella Duran: South Pointe at sunset is my go-to spot to disconnect and recharge. I also love cozy cafés in Coconut Grove for a quiet moment, and when I need creative inspiration, I’ll head to the PAMM or walk through the Design District; it always sparks something. ML: What’s something most people would be surprised to know about you? Daniella Duran: I’m a total tactics nerd! I love breaking down matches, studying formations, and analyzing the game like it’s chess. There’s a whole fútbol-obsessed Daniella behind the camera who’s deep into strategy and game IQ. I want my legacy to be about opening doors. I want young Latinas to look at my path and say, “If she did it, I can too.” I hope to leave a mark of authenticity, courage, and community.
