Stone Crab season kicked off on October 15, and diners are now able to enjoy the crown jewel of Truluck’s robust menu. There’s simply no mistaking the one-of-a-kind taste of fresh Florida Stone Crab claws. The unique texture and sweet flavor profile have created legions of devotees. Truluck’s serves the claws fully cooked, chilled, pre-cracked, and ready to devour.

Florida Stone Crab is the perfect way to both elevate the everyday or celebrate a special occasion. Add this delectable and indulgent addition to Truluck’s classic menu offerings including expertly butchered hand-cut steaks, always 100% USDA prime native cattle and aged a minimum of 30 days, as well as the extraordinary TRU PEARLE oysters, an East Coast oyster that has been hand-selected and raised with care, precision, and purpose.
In addition to Florida Stone Crab, Truluck’s also offers Prime King Crab. This luxury item delivers the finest and thickest full crab legs. The methods and recipes at Truluck’s haven’t changed over the years bringing this fan favorite back with the same premium consistency. To really elevate the everyday, diners can also enjoy seasonal offerings at Truluck’s including Ora King Salmon from New Zealand.

Truluck’s TRU Caviar Service is another way to elevate an experience whether it be a birthday, anniversary or girls’ night out. The TRU Caviar Service offers two distinct selections from Truluck’s newly introduced private label caviar.
Trident Royale Caviar is sourced from Prunier, a renowned French producer with a 150-year legacy of excellence and perfected from Siberian sturgeon raised in France. Celebrated worldwide for its exquisite quality, and nutty, rich, buttery, yet briny, flavor, this caviar is chocolate brown to dark amber in color. Truluck’s Private Reserve Caviar, made from sustainably farmed white sturgeon from California’s Sacramento River, boasts medium-large, semi-firm eggs in shades of onyx to light or dark brown, providing a creamy, nutty flavor profile with earthy undertones and a velvety finish.

As part of the TRU Caviar Service, guests’ selected caviar is accompanied by traditional accoutrements of chives, chopped hard-boiled egg, and crème fraiche, with warm blinis and potato chips to complement the flavor. Both selections pair beautifully with Truluck’s signature Florida Stone Crab.
The kitchen at Truluck’s Miami is proudly run by Chef Odel Arencibia. Chef Odel comes from Cuba and at the age of 14 he began working as a cook at a local resort to help support his family. He has worked and trained with European Chefs with a focus on learning sauces, butchery and even financials to help cement his future in the restaurant industry. Upon moving to the U.S., he traveled across multiple states before finding a home in Florida and at Truluck’s.
