The Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) glittered with star power on Saturday, November 1, as icons from the art, film, fashion, and entertainment worlds gathered for the 14th annual Art+Film Gala. This year’s event honored celebrated artist Mary Corse and acclaimed filmmaker Ryan Coogler, drawing a constellation of A-list attendees in support of the museum’s initiatives to bring together the realms of visual art and cinema.

The evening was co-chaired by LACMA trustee Eva Chow and actor Leonardo DiCaprio, who were joined by Gucci Artistic Director Demna and Gucci President and CEO Francesca Bellettini. Gucci, the event’s long-standing sponsor, once again brought its signature glamour to the occasion.

Dinner was curated by Chef David Shim of COTE New York, America’s first and only Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse. Guests dined on exquisite courses served on Ginori 1735 Oriente Italiano porcelain in Castagna and Meringa hues, complementing the gala’s warm palette of rich browns and deep purples.

Following dinner, guests were treated to a dynamic performance by Doja Cat, setting an electrifying tone for the night’s celebrations.

The red carpet sparkled with Gucci looks worn by co-chair Eva Chow, honorees Mary Corse and Ryan Coogler, and stars including Doja Cat, Demna, Francesca Bellettini, Michael Govan, Angela Bassett, Salma Hayek Pinault, Tessa Thompson, Elle Fanning, Kaia Gerber, Steve Lacy, Paris Hilton, and Vittoria Ceretti, among others.

Additional notable guests in attendance included Leonardo DiCaprio, Lorde, Ava DuVernay, George Lucas, Demi Lovato, SZA, Queen Latifah, Troye Sivan, Kristen Wiig, Quinta Brunson, Park Chan-wook, and Samara Weaving.

The annual Art+Film Gala continues to serve as a vital fundraiser for LACMA, supporting its mission to integrate film into the museum’s curatorial programming and to highlight artists and filmmakers whose work bridges creative disciplines.

As the night concluded, it was clear that LACMA’s Art+Film Gala remains one of the most anticipated events on the Los Angeles cultural calendar—celebrating artistry, cinematic innovation, and the enduring power of collaboration across creative worlds.
