  • Pininfarina: Dec. 2, 2025

Pininfarina at Alcova Miami, December 2–7, 2025, showcases the DUAL pavilion and site-specific installations at the historic Miami River Inn during Miami Art Week. Event Details Event:   Alcova Miami When:  December 2, 2025 - December 7, 2025 Event hours:   From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Where:   437 SW 2nd St, Miami, FL 33130-1402 (view map) Description The DUAL pavilion, designed by Pininfarina and manufactured in collaboration with Alpha Additive, explores the harmony between intuition and computation, emotion and reason, art and science. Presented at Alcova Miami—the international platform returning to the historic Miami River Inn during Miami Art Week 2025—the pavilion appears within a quiet oasis where site-specific installations invite discovery and contemplation. Its fluid, monocoque exterior expresses a human, poetic gesture: a form shaped “as if from clay,” guided by imagination and emotion. In contrast, the parametric interior reveals algorithmic intelligence, material performance, and environmental responsiveness. Together, these forces propose a design philosophy in which artistry and engineering converge rather than compete. Crafted from recycled car tires, DUAL transforms a byproduct of consumption into a symbol of renewal, suggesting that the same technologies capable of harm can also support repair. As both environmental and political statement, DUAL argues that resilience emerges through synergy—leadership and participation, creativity and computation, vision and data. Rooted in Pininfarina’s legacy of aerodynamic elegance and innovation, the pavilion affirms design as a cultural catalyst, shaping not only form but futures. • The Future of Skin Rejuvenation: What to Know About Morpheus8

Skin rejuvenation treatments continue to draw significant attention due to their ability to promote a renewed appearance. One innovative procedure capturing interest is Morpheus8. This treatment merges two different technologies to address various skin concerns. Many individuals seek information about Morpheus8 to make informed choices about their skincare journeys. Understanding its benefits, process, and safety can help people decide whether this approach might suit their needs. Image by DepositPhotos What Is Morpheus8? Morpheus8  is a nonsurgical treatment that utilizes a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency energy. This technique focuses on stimulating collagen production at a more in-depth level of the skin. Morpheus8 penetrates deeper and treats surface as well as underlying problems, unlike traditional methods. This makes it widely used by those who want to achieve more meaningful results. Patients appreciate that it's a minimally invasive procedure, accompanied by a significantly shorter recovery time compared to surgical procedures. How Morpheus8 Works Morpheus8 creates fine holes in the skin with needles all at once. Meanwhile, radiofrequency heat penetrates the skin below the surface. This combination stimulates the body to form new collagen and elastin fibers. The result is plumper and firmer skin over time. This process usually takes less than 1 hour in most cases. Main Benefits of the Treatment Clients who opt for Morpheus8 achieve a more youthful appearance. Over a series of treatments, you may notice improvement in fine lines, wrinkles, and some sagging. It may also help in treating acne scars , enlarged pores, and uneven skin texture. Many individuals notice their skin tone appears more balanced. Results from Morpheus8 generally last longer than surface-only treatments, since it works underneath the surface. Suitability for Different Skin Types Morpheus8 can be used on most skin types and skin tones. The chances of discoloration are lower compared to other laser treatments. This method might be safer and more effective for people with sensitive or dark skin. However, an appointment with a qualified professional can help you determine the best course of action. That said, everyone is different, and personalized treatment will be needed. What to Expect During a Session A local anesthetic cream is used to numb the area before a session to reduce discomfort. Next, the device should be moved methodically across the area being treated. The sensation is typically described as a light pressure with a hint of warmth. There may be some redness or mild swelling following the procedure, but this typically resolves within a few days. Patients are given aftercare instructions to follow for optimal results. Results and Recovery Improvements are typically visible within weeks after treatment. As collagen continues to be produced for months after the micro-needling process, the results are gradual and can look natural. Most people can return to their normal activities within a few hours after their appointment. Depending on the area treated, makeup can typically be applied within one or two days. Many sessions may be needed to achieve the desired result. Safety and Considerations With a properly trained professional, Morpheus8 is a safe procedure. It has generally mild, transient side effects. The risks are very small but include serious complications such as infection or tiny scars. These risks are at least manageable with good aftercare and with a reputable provider. Anyone with a medical condition or an implanted device should consult with a healthcare provider before booking a session. Comparing Morpheus8 With Other Procedures Morpheus8 allows for greater results than traditional microneedling or radiofrequency alone. Surgical procedures usually involve longer recovery times and more serious risks. Morpheus8 is not a surgical replacement in all cases. However, it is a feasible option for anyone who wants better results without cuts. The process is relatively fast and causes the least disruption to a person's routine. Choosing the Right Provider For a safe and successful treatment, it is important to choose an experienced practitioner. And you can make this choice based on credentials, experience, and patient reviews. What is included in the consultation? A thorough consultation helps to manage expectations and ensure this treatment is proper for you. An open dialogue with a provider fosters a good experience before, during, and after the procedure. Conclusion For those looking to rejuvenate without surgery, Morpheus8 represents an exciting possibility. The treatment combines multiple technologies to target a variety of concern areas with less downtime. With knowledge of the process, its advantages, and safety, individuals will be able to make informed decisions about their treatment. Under expert supervision and with realistic expectations, many people find a new level of confidence with this treatment. By ML Staff. Images courtesy of DepositPhotos & Amason Aesthetics

  • Understanding Gaming Laws in Florida

South Florida residents often look for accessible gaming options online. Unlike traditional betting sites, sweepstakes casinos  operate under a specific set of US laws. These platforms allow users to participate in games without a direct purchase requirement. Image by DepositPhotos For most practical purposes, the terms sweepstakes casinos  and social casinos are often used interchangeably. Both platforms allow users to enjoy casino-style games without wagering real money. Operating legally across the US , they avoid the standard definitions of gambling. However, a technical distinction exists. Social casinos focus solely on entertainment, where winnings stay within the app. In contrast, a sweepstakes platform is a type of social casino that features a secondary currency. This model allows players to redeem specific virtual coins for prizes. Therefore, while both offer community and fun, the prize-redemption feature  is unique to the sweepstakes model. Evaluating Operator Expertise When applying an analytical framework to sweepstakes casinos , expertise is a key metric. A legitimate operator must demonstrate deep knowledge of consumer protection laws. They must ensure that the "no purchase necessary" rule is clearly visible to every player. In fact, reputable sites provide detailed guides on how their dual-currency systems work. Market leaders often set the benchmark for transparency; for instance, examining the operational structure of https://www.actionnetwork.com/sweepstakes-casinos/stake-us  reveals how established platforms clearly delineate these mechanics. Usually, this involves "Gold Coins" for free play and "Sweeps Coins" for prize play. Clear explanations of these mechanics  signal that the operator knows their industry well. Players should easily understand how to switch between playing for fun and playing for redeemable prizes. Assessing Trustworthiness and Security Trust is the most critical factor for any online player. You must look for specific indicators of safety before creating an account. A trustworthy platform will always prioritize data encryption and transparent terms of service . Due to the digital nature of these transactions, security protocols must be strict. It seems that the best operators use similar security measures to major financial institutions. You can quickly gauge the reliability of a site by checking a few key areas. Look for visible SSL encryption certification  on the homepage. Read independent user reviews  regarding redemption speeds. Verify the physical address  of the operating company. Check for responsive customer support  channels. If a site fails to provide this information, it lacks the necessary authoritativeness. Transparency is the foundation of a safe gaming environment . Image by DepositPhotos Reviewing the User Experience The final piece of the framework focuses on the actual user experience. This goes beyond just having fun games. It involves how easily a player can navigate the website or app. Intuitive design is a hallmark of a quality platform . Moreover, the variety of games available plays a huge role. Top-tier sweepstakes casinos partner with well-known software developers. This ensures that the games are fair and the outcomes are truly random. Players should expect a catalog that rivals traditional outlets, including slots and table games. Especially for players in South Florida, mobile compatibility is essential. The ability to play seamlessly on a phone or tablet is a major part of the modern experience. Technical stability and fast load times  are indicators that the platform values its users. By ML Staff. • 5 Best Rings for Women You Can't Miss in 2025

When it comes to jewelry, 2025 is all about rings that tell a story – where craftsmanship meets luxe materials, and where design resonates with personal identity. In the age of quiet‑luxury and meaningful minimalism, nothing quite does the job like a beautifully crafted gold ring adorned with diamonds. Whether you’re dressing for every day or marking a milestone, a standout piece on your finger has the power to elevate your look and your mood. If you’ve been searching for the perfect gold diamond ring , you’re in the right place: here are five exceptional rings from top global brands to consider this year. 1. Carrera Y Carrera Topping our list is the Spanish maison Carrera y Carrera , whose dedication to gold craftsmanship and design makes it a meaningful choice for 2025. With roots going back to 1885 and a reputation for sculptural jewelry, the brand is recognised among the most prestigious luxury jewelry houses. Their collection of rings emphasises real gold, hand‑engraving, and emotion‑driven design. In particular, their 18-karat golden ring set with a genuine diamond provides that ideal combination of timeless material and sparkle. Because gold remains a top choice for rings due to its durability, warmth, value, and diamonds continue to champion luxury, this piece is built to last both in design and relevance. Consider this ring if you want something that is elegant without being overly flashy, and that carries a subtle story of craftsmanship and quality. 2. Bulgari Next up is the iconic Italian jeweller Bulgari and its very distinctive B.Zero1 collection. The B.Zero1 ring in 18 kt yellow gold with diamonds embodies a blend of Roman heritage, modern sculpture and luxury. Inspired by the architecture of Rome’s Colosseum, the spiral bands reflect a sense of past‑present‑future. For 2025, this ring works beautifully because it offers bold design without sacrificing elegance – ideal for someone who wants a statement piece that is still wearable. It pairs well with both minimal outfits and elevated evening looks. 3. Tiffany & Co. A name that needs no introduction, Tiffany & Co. has long been synonymous with fine jewellery and the enduring appeal of gold plus diamonds. Their collection of yellow‑gold diamond rings merges everyday elegance with luxury essence. In the context of 2025, a yellow‑gold diamond ring from Tiffany is a smart pick: gold rings remain popular due to their investment quality, and the brand’s legacy ensures timeless style. This ring especially suits someone looking for versatility – a piece that you can wear day after day, whether solo or stacked, and still feel extraordinary. 4. Harry  Winston From the house of Harry Winston comes the Winston Gates collection, and in particular the yellow‑gold diamond ring that features 31 round brilliant diamonds set in 18 K yellow gold. The design motif – drawn from the rosette shape of the front gates of the brand’s flagship salon – infuses this ring with symbolism of new beginnings and prosperity. For 2025, this makes the list because it offers luxury jewellery with meaning: a ring that doesn’t just shimmer, but speaks. Consider it if you’re looking for a special piece to mark a milestone or simply to add high‑end sparkle to your collection. 5. Chaumet Finally, the Parisian maison Chaumet offers the Bee de Chaumet ring in yellow gold with diamond accents – refined, heritage‑rich and very much aligned with modern luxury taste. This ring stands out for its elegance without extravagance – perfect for a woman who values sophistication and subtle luxury over flash. In 2025, rings like this are becoming increasingly popular for daily wear, as they combine gold, diamonds, and heritage brand design in a way that is both meaningful and wearable. Quick  Summary Here are your five standout rings: Carrera y Carrera – 18 K gold + diamond (Spanish craftsmanship) Bulgari – B.Zero1 – 18 K gold + diamonds (Italian luxury) Tiffany & Co. – 18 K yellow gold + diamonds (heritage + versatility) Harry Winston – Winston Gates 18 K yellow gold + diamonds (symbolic design) Chaumet – Bee de Chaumet yellow gold + diamonds (Parisian refinement) Each of these pieces blends luxurious gold with diamonds, and each brand brings its own design narrative and legacy – which is exactly what 2025 is about: jewelry that means something.  Final Thoughts At the end of the day, choosing the right ring comes down to three main factors: the metal, the gemstone, and the story or heritage behind the brand. The five rings above capture all three. Gold remains a smart foundational choice for a ring thanks to its lasting value, wearability, and timeless appeal. Diamonds ensure sparkle and luxury. And the brand narrative gives your piece extra weight – both fashion‑wise and emotionally. When you pick your ring, ask yourself: will I wear this every day or save it for special occasions? Do I prefer a minimalist shape or a bolder statement design? Do I want legacy and heritage, or something modern and fresh? With any of the five above, you’re choosing wisely. Here’s to finding the perfect ring in 2025 – one you’ll treasure and wear for years to come. By ML Staff

  • Superhouse Highlights Rare American Art Furniture from the 1980s at Design Miami 2025

Superhouse returns to Design Miami with American Art Furniture: 1980–1990 , a focused presentation of landmark works from a decade that reshaped the boundaries between design, craft, and sculpture. Installed at Booth C02, the exhibition marks the gallery’s third appearance at the fair and its first dedicated entirely to historical pieces, offering visitors an opportunity to encounter works seldom seen outside major institutional collections. Alex Locadia. Batman Chair , 1989. Molded leather, lacquered steel, wood, pin 21.5 x 25.75 x 33 H in (54.2 x 65.4 x 83.8 cm) The presentation features 12 artists who helped define the emergence of American art furniture, a movement marked by experimentation, attitude, and an embrace of furniture as a medium for personal and political expression. Works on view include rarely exhibited pieces by Alex Locadia, Elizabeth Browning Jackson, Gloria Kisch, Wendy Maruyama, Dan Friedman, Forrest Myers, and Michele Oka Doner, among others. Superhouse founder Stephen Markos notes that the 1980s marked a turning point: a period when American designers treated furniture as art, collapsing distinctions between disciplines and embracing bold forms, cultural commentary, and conceptual intent. The booth’s scenography, created by Studio AHEAD in collaboration with Farrow & Ball, draws from the postmodern spirit of Bay Area artist Garry Knox Bennett. Referencing the cast-iron columns of downtown New York galleries and infusing them with a Northern California sensibility, the installation bridges East and West Coast design influences of the era. The entire space is finished in Graupel, a richly pigmented color from Farrow & Ball, and debuts the brand’s new Flat Eggshell finish—an ultra-matte surface applied seamlessly from walls to floors. Tom Loeser. Folding Chair , 1989. Wood, paint, stainless steel. 34 x 25 x 22 H in (86.4 x 63.5 x 55.9 cm) Among the exhibition’s highlights are long-hidden works and pieces making their public debut. Locadia’s Batman Chair  (1989) channels cinematic noir into a sculptural seat; Friedman’s LM Screen  (1982) appears for the first time since its use in the WilliWear offices; Oka Doner’s Burning Bush  (1990) brings her nature-driven bronze work to Miami; Snyder’s Round the World  (1990) combines mechanics and humor in a layered rotating cabinet; and Tom Loeser’s Folding Chair  (1989) transforms a Shaker form into a vivid, collapsible wall piece. Dan Friedman. LM screen, 1982. Medium-density fiberboard, paint, mirror, fabric, cork, casters. 84 x 1 x 83.5 H in (213.4 x 2.5 x 212.1 cm) Together, these works reaffirm the movement’s significance as a distinctly American moment in design—one defined by ingenuity, boundary-breaking ideas, and a willingness to treat functional objects as expressive, sculptural forms. Gloria Kisch. Sliding Down the Mountain IV , 1990. Aluminum, stainless steel. 42 x 17 x 39 H in (106.7 x 43.2 x 99.1 cm) Superhouse’s programming continues to explore the intersections of craft, material, and narrative. More information is available through Superhouse’s Website , Instagram , YouTube , and TikTok , as well as via Farrow & Ball  and Studio AHEAD  for additional context on the collaboration. • Achille Salvagni Atelier Debuts “Memories of the Future” at Design Miami

Achille Salvagni Atelier presents “Memories of the Future” at Design Miami, marking the gallery’s debut at the fair under the Special Projects category. The installation places Italian design masterworks from the 1950s in direct dialogue with Salvagni’s own contemporary creations, forming a study on how heritage informs future-facing design. 1951 cabinet by Gio Ponti and Piero Fornasetti ; 1950s birchwood cocktail table; Renzo Zavanella Armchair At the center of the installation is a 1951 cabinet created by Gio Ponti and Piero Fornasetti, a work that represents a turning point between classical Italian aesthetics and the emerging language of modernism. Nearby, a 1950s birchwood cocktail table echoes both mechanical engineering and ancient sculptural forms, blending utility with symbolic resonance. Salvagni’s pieces—such as the Alligator BB Sofa, Divo Lamp, Emerald Side Table, Milano Chair, Shield Cabinet, Spider Maximus Chandelier, and Yves Mirror—are exhibited on pedestals within a minimal environment defined by silver metallic walls and a deep red-orange carpet. The contrast between these two elements acts as a visual and conceptual bridge, linking futurist cues with emotional warmth and artisanal grounding. Top: Spider Maximus Chandelier; Yves Mirror. Bottom: Shield Cabinet; Divo Lamp The installation emphasizes craftsmanship rooted in Italian tradition, presenting each object as part of a continuum where past and present evolve through interpretation rather than nostalgia. Salvagni describes the presentation as an invitation to consider the dialogue between memory and modernity, framing design as both an inheritance and a projection. In early 2026, Salvagni will release his second book with Assouline, authored by curator and historian Glenn Adamson. The publication examines the narratives, mythologies, and meticulous craftsmanship that shape Salvagni’s collectible works, many of which are produced in collaboration with master artisans in Rome. Further information about Achille Salvagni Atelier can be found through the studio’s official site at Achille Salvagni  and via its social platform @AtelierAchilleSalvagni. By ML Staff. • How Regular Adjustments Deliver Long-Term Value for Spinal Health

Many people associate chiropractic treatment with acute back pain or a stiff neck. While beneficial for immediate concerns, its true value lies in maintaining spinal health over time. Consistent modifications tackle fundamental issues and uphold structural stability. These modifications provide endurin g wellness  that goes beyond short-term relief or visits prompted by crises. Image by Yan Krukau / Pexels 1. Proactive Maintenance Versus Reactive Pain Relief The fundamental principle of routine chiropractic treatment transcends simply addressing pain. A reactive strategy addresses issues only when they become troublesome, typically after they have already escalated. Understanding the difference between acute pain or chronic pain symptoms  helps clarify why this approach can be costly. Conversely, regular chiropractic adjustments maintain proper alignment and function of the spine and joints. This stops slight misalignments (subluxations) from becoming major causes of pain and dysfunction. Chiropractic treatment aids in avoiding the accumulation of stress  that may result in chronic conditions. It promotes good posture, symmetric muscle activity, and ideal biomechanics during daily activities. The objective is to develop a stronger musculoskeletal system that is less likely to fail. This will eventually save your mobility and quality of life in old age. 2. Enhancing Mobility and Nervous System Function The spine isn’t merely a column of bones. It acts as a safeguarding barrier for the central nervous system, which controls all bodily functions. Spinal imbalances can interfere with essential nerve signals, but regular chiropractic care helps restore proper alignment. This reduces disruption and enhances communication between the brain and the whole body. This may result in enhancements in everything from regional mobility to general systemic health. This streamlined nervous system action facilitates improved movement patterns and increased range of motion. The muscles surrounding them can perform their intended function when the unrestricted movement of the joints is achieved. This helps reduce stress on the body. A review of chiropractic costs can help you make better financial decisions. Mobility maintenance can be much less expensive than chronic pain and limited workability caused by negligence. 3. Building a Basis for Lifelong Wellness Chiropractic practices support preventive care. Regular attention can be used to manage the inevitable physical stresses of life, such as daily work activities and the natural process of aging. It assists the human body in maintaining and controlling its natural healing capabilities, creating a condition of healthy living that is sustained internally and not externally controlled through drugs or other invasive procedures. This enables people to be active participants in their health process. Considering chiropractic treatment as a lifelong process will make it the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Together with other practices like exercise, it forms a strong basis for lasting vitality. This practice has a cumulative impact that produces a body that is more efficient, less painful, and capable of doing more at all stages of life. Endnote Choosing regular chiropractic care is an investment in the long-term structural wellness of your body. It’s a prevention and optimization approach, rather than a crisis management approach, one that offers an avenue toward a more vibrant, comfortable, and resilient life. Through the identification of its role in maintaining mobility, optimizing nervous system function, and promoting overall wellness, it’s clear that the true value of chiropractic treatment lies not in a single adjustment, but in a lifetime of wellness.
