- Postr Launches New Platform Built To Disrupt Creator Marketing
Postr, a revolutionary online marketplace designed to connect brands with pre-vetted content creators in a single platform, has officially launched. Powered by innovative technology, Postr automates the entire process, from matching and approvals to shipping, content delivery and payment, eliminating the need for traditional intermediaries. Jonas Leupe / Unsplash Creators can log into Postr and see paid opportunities ready to go—no pitching, no back-and-forth. They choose what fits their voice, accept the terms and get to work. For brands, it’s just as simple: access creators whose audiences already align and launch campaigns quickly, without the delays that usually come with sourcing and managing talent. Instead of juggling emails, contracts, product shipping, scheduling, approvals and payments, everything happens in one place. At the center of the platform is Postr’s proprietary technology, an automated system designed to replace one-off creator deals with a more scalable approach. Brands can activate many creators at once, instead of one at a time, and run campaigns with the same consistency and repetition typically seen in paid media. The platform uses millions of real-time data points to match creators to campaigns, set pricing and track performance as it happens. Unlike traditional platforms that rely on manual workflows and one-off deals, Postr’s system is built to operate at scale from the ground up. “With our proprietary technology, we are building the largest creator marketplace in the world,” said Demetrios Kafouros, founder and CEO of Postr. “Rather than trying to fix parts of the problem, I set out to create a system that could support the entire process.” Postr also connects directly with major social platforms, including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn. This gives brands access to live performance data and audience insights, allowing campaigns to be targeted more precisely and adjusted in real time. Central to the platform is the Postr Index, which standardizes pricing based on market data, removing guesswork and giving both brands and creators a clearer understanding of value from the start. For creators, the benefit is straightforward: consistent access to opportunities with clear terms and guaranteed payment—without pitching or negotiating. For brands, it means faster activation, the ability to scale campaigns across many creators at once, all while reaching their ideal audience. The platform also includes a built-in referral model, allowing partners to invite brands and creators onto Postr and earn ongoing commissions on campaigns they help activate. This expands the network while aligning incentives across the ecosystem. Since entering beta in Q4 2025, Postr has steadily built momentum through organic, word-of-mouth growth, signaling strong product-market fit across both brands and creators. That early traction has translated into increasing inbound demand, with a growing number of brands and creators now seeking membership via the application’s waitlist. To learn more or to become a member of Postr, visit postr.com or download the Postr app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Follow Postr on Instagram at instagram.com/postr and join a community shaping the future of creator marketing. By ML Staff.

- Joey Zauzig Unfiltered
With his quick wit, candid storytelling, and refreshingly unfiltered sense of humor, Joey Zauzig has become one of social media’s most relatable and recognizable personalities – affectionately known by many as “the internet’s best friend.” Whether he’s sharing hilarious takes on dating and modern adulthood, opening up about confidence and personal growth, or serving up his viral “Skinty” recipes, Joey has built a digital world that feels both entertaining and genuinely human. Miami Living Magazine sits down with the Los Angeles-based creator to talk authenticity, internet culture, and the experiences that continue shaping his ever-evolving journey online and beyond. Miami Living (ML): Welcome to Miami Living Magazine Joey! Before we dive into everything happening in your world right now, how would you personally describe Joey Zauzig today: both as a creator and simply as a person outside of social media? Joey: I’m so excited to be a part of this. Funny enough, one of my very first internships was at Modern Luxury, so this feels incredibly full circle. I’ve been creating content for nearly eight years now, and in many ways, I’ve grown alongside the evolution of social media itself. I think the reason my audience connects with my content is because it genuinely reflects who I am offline. I love making people smile, sharing honest moments, and offering advice that, ironically, I sometimes need to remind myself of too. As my content continues to evolve, I try to evolve personally right alongside it, which can be challenging when so much of your life is lived publicly online. But at the end of the day, I truly love being able to share my experiences and create content that people can relate to and feel seen by. ML: You’ve built such a distinct online presence by combining humor, honesty, and relatability in a way that genuinely makes people feel connected to you. When you first began sharing your life online, did you ever imagine your content would resonate with audiences on this kind of scale? Joey: I never really had a set plan, but I always knew I wanted to create content that could help people feel seen and learn from my experiences. As everything has continued to grow, it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch my audience grow and evolve alongside me. I think a lot of that comes from my own experiences growing up. I was bullied when I was younger, and I always wished I had an older brother or sister figure to look up to for advice and reassurance. So now, being able to be that person for others in some way feels really meaningful to me. ML: From dating commentary to friendship dynamics, your content often captures the little unspoken social experiences people don’t usually admit out loud. Where do your ideas typically come from? Joey: Honestly, most of my ideas come from real life experiences or conversations I’m having with the people around me. I think the reason people connect with the content is because it’s rooted in authentic situations that so many people go through, but don’t always openly talk about. ML: Your humor feels very rooted in honesty and self-awareness rather than performance. Have you always been naturally open about the messy parts of life and dating, or was there a moment when you realized vulnerability was actually your strength online? Joey: I’ve never really thought of vulnerability as a “strategy” or even a strength, it’s just naturally who I am. My life has definitely been a rollercoaster with plenty of highs and lows, and at some point I figured, why not share it, laugh about it together, and hopefully help other people avoid making some of the same mistakes I have along the way. I think vulnerability goes a long way, both online and offline. People connect with honesty, and I’ve always tried to be open about the reality of things. Although, if I’m being honest, I probably overshare a little sometimes too, lol. ML: Your “Skinty” food recipes have become a recognizable part of your online identity. What is it about “Skinty” that has made those posts turn viral? Joey: I think everyone wants to find ways to enjoy their favorite foods with a little less guilt. I’ve always believed there are creative ways to swap ingredients and make meals lighter without sacrificing taste. At the end of the day, it’s all about staying snatched while still enjoying your life. ML: Since your appearance on MTV’s reality series “The Real Friends of Weho”, how has your relationship with visibility and public perception evolved? Did being on reality television change the way you approach your work online? Joey: I think people got to see a different side of me on The Real Friends of WeHo, but whether it’s social media or television, I always try to show up as fully myself. Watching yourself back on a reality show definitely forces you to grow and self-reflect at a much faster rate. But apparently I didn’t learn my lesson because I’m about to be on another reality show for Bravo, so we’ll see what happens next haha! ML: As someone whose content often centers around confidence, self-expression, and navigating adulthood with humor, what would you say to people who are still learning how to feel comfortable being fully themselves? Joey: Patience is probably the biggest piece of advice I would give anyone. I’m still working on confidence and fully believing in myself too. It’s a journey, and I think people forget to give themselves grace while they’re figuring it all out. Becoming comfortable in who you are takes time, and that’s completely okay. ML: Looking ahead, what are some things that you’re most excited about stepping into during this next chapter of your journey? Joey: I’m really excited to continue expanding into television. Right now, having so much momentum online has inspired me to reach an even larger audience and find new ways to share my message. I’m incredibly grateful for everything happening at the moment, and honestly, I feel like the sky’s the limit. There are a lot of exciting things ahead, and I can’t wait to bring my audience along for the journey. You can follow Joey on: Instagram | TikTok By ML Staff. Images courtesy of Ssam Kim
- What Distinguishes Limousine Service Miami From the Competition and Why Is It Worth Using?
Miami has never been home to half measures. Whether it’s the penthouses overlooking the bay or the rooftop bars and clubs, giveaways, and special events in Brickell or on South Beach, it’s always been about the look. Traveling from A to B has always been a part of that style. If this is a city where first impressions count for as much as anything discussed between the two people making them, then the way you get around town really defines the experience. Ultimately, that’s why limousine services in Miami like Driven Miami have always stood out in a field that, by all practical measures, is one of the busiest you’ll find. It Is About More Than Just Transportation Anyone with a smartphone can book a basic rideshare in a few seconds. But when it comes to the things that actually matter. Reliability, comfort, professionalism, and the quality of your experience. That is where the best executive limousine service separates from the crowd. A limo company is more than just a way to get from point A to point B. Miami, more than most cities, is a place where a lot can happen quickly. Traffic that was moving one moment can come to a complete stop the next. Anywhere in the city can be shut down for a high-profile event that you didn’t know about. A simple airport pickup can turn into a nightmare if you’re not prepared. It doesn’t help as much as you’d think to have a good GPS or a refined sense of direction to deal with any of those problems. Sometimes, you just need to know the city. And, frankly, there’s only one way to do that, and that’s to drive the streets day in and day out for years. This is one of many reasons why premium transportation is so much better and more reliable than anything you’ll get from a more standard provider. Consistency Makes a Huge Difference You never know what you’ll get with rideshare services. One trip might be fine, while the next is an old college beater that makes you uncomfortable. Or the driver can’t seem to put down their smartphone, or they cancel on you at the last minute altogether. Luxury car services don’t work that way. They’re all about maintaining the highest quality service every single time. Driven Miami has made its name by being that kind of solution. When clients need help with airport transportation, executive travel, wedding transportation, nightlife, or just a nice set of luxury black car wheels for a night out, there’s one thing in common: they count on and expect everything to look and feel good while enjoying these amazing luxury car rides. Luxury Vehicles Create a Better Experience The vehicles themselves are a critical part of the process. Luxury SUVs, executive sedans, and stretch limousines make the entire experience more comfortable. Instead of just a way to get to one place from another, a massive pain in the tight quarters and traffic of Miami, transportation becomes part of the experience. You can spread out, stay cool, get some work done, or simply roll in comfort. That last one is especially attractive on those rare days when Miami is cool, and the sedans are white, if you know what we mean. Especially for travelling professionals. Being able to travel in a clean, professional vehicle can give a person space to gather thoughts, make phone calls, or just breathe before a meeting. Miami Lifestyle and Luxury Naturally Go Together In Miami, lifestyle is all about life as lived. Miami is unlike any other city. People approach life a little differently, and in Miami, people know how to celebrate! As a result, when you pull up in a premium class vehicle to your special night out, concert, dinner by the water or a luxury hotel to just relax and enjoy the ambience, that car will look right, fit right, feel right, will fit right, and never be too much! Why Services Like Driven Miami Continue to Stand Out What makes an elite limousine company different from all its competitors is more than just the vehicle itself. It’s all the work that goes on behind the curtain. On-time pickups, professional drivers, clear booking policies, clean cars, and tailor-made customer service. Together they add up to a smoother ride. In a fast-paced city like Miami that cares as much about style as about substance, a limo ride isn’t just a luxury. It’s the more sensible and pragmatic option. By ML Staff
- ‘Lead with Love’ Mural Debuts in Pompano Beach
The Community Foundation of Broward and Business for the Arts Broward are proud to debut a new “Lead with Love” mural by visionary artist Cey Adams, a featured attraction in Pompano Beach at Kelly’s Chemicals, 135 NE 1st Ave., Pompano Beach, FL 33060. This colorful and engaging work of art is the fifth mural in collaboration between the Community Foundation, Business for the Arts Broward and Adams to create nine love-themed murals that foster inspiration, unity and leadership in communities across Broward. The “Lead with Love” mural project, running from fall 2024 to 2027, is a transformative public art initiative to spread a message of love and unity across Broward County. The goal is to use the power of the arts to enrich and unify the community and promote cultural engagement. To commemorate the new mural, the City of Pompano Beach hosted a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 1. Adams, Community Foundation President/CEO Jennifer O'Flannery Anderson, Ph.D., Community Foundation of Broward Board Chair Jonathan Allen, City of Pompano Beach Mayor Rex Hardin, City of Pompano Beach Cultural Affairs Director Ty Tabing, Business for the Arts of Broward Executive Director Robyn Vegas, President and CEO of BBX Capital, CEO of IT’SUGAR and Business for the Arts of Broward Board Chair Jarett Levan, among additional representatives from the Community Foundation of Broward, Business for the Arts Broward, City of Pompano Beach officials, and other sponsoring organizations were in attendance. The murals foster a sense of pride within each community by creating public art that reflects local identity and spirit. Each mural will serve as a cultural landmark, enhancing local character and providing a space for communal gathering and reflection. The murals are lasting symbols of love and cultural diversity, contributing to the artistic landscape of Broward County and fostering a deeper appreciation for art and community collaboration. Adams has tapped into the Broward County arts community and invited select artists to join him in the mural creation process. The project’s first artwork, the “LOVE Las Olas” mural, is located on the western exterior wall of Hoffman’s Chocolates at 601 E. Las Olas Blvd. in Fort Lauderdale, facing Tunnel Top Park. The second artwork, the “ONE LOVE PLANTATION” mural, is at Kingsley Park at 4680 NW 9th Court in Plantation. The third “Love” mural is located at the Dania Beach Marina, at 151 North Beach Road, Dania Beach. The fourth is located at the newly revitalized Huizenga Park at 32 E. Las Olas Blvd. in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The “Lead with Love” mural project is supported by various sponsors, including the Community Foundation, Business for the Arts Broward, Dara and Jarett Levan Fund for the Arts at the Community Foundation of Broward, Florida Power & Light, the BBX Capital Fund for the Arts at the Community Foundation of Broward and the Broward Cultural Division. In 2025, the Community Foundation made “Lead with Love” its motto to reflect how local philanthropy is a powerful way to show love for the community. The message also encourages more people to participate in philanthropy that uplifts Broward. “Lead with Love” highlights the role of philanthropy in creating equitable opportunities for all residents, empowering nonprofits to sustain and grow their missions, and connecting people who care to causes that matter.
