NFL Hall of Famer and Miami Dolphins great Dwight Stephenson teamed up with Toyota of Hollywood to host the Second Annual Norman Bonchick Memorial Golf Tournament in support of  Broward Children’s Center  at The Club at Weston Hills on June 2.  144 golfers played in the tournament for fun or competitively while raising much-needed funds for Broward Children’s Center, a nonprofit organization that has been serving infants, children and young adults with special needs since 1971. The event raised over $72,000, which will support the Center’s crucial programs and medical, developmental and therapeutic services designed to meet the specific needs of infants, children and young adults who are developmentally disabled and medically fragile, as well as their families.  Stephenson putted for a purpose along with celebrity friends James McKnight, Kerry Glenn, Ki-Jana Carter, Roberto Aguayo, Travis Daniels, Troy Drayton, Robert Bailey, Orlando “El Duque” Hernandez, Jordan Poyer, Nat Moore, Stephen Tulloch, among many others. WPLG-ABC Channel 10 Sports Anchor Will Manso was the master of ceremonies.    Players enjoyed a lavish breakfast provided by Howard’s Market before the scramble-style tournament commenced with a shotgun start. Guests had the opportunity to participate in fun on-course activities and additional fundraising contests at different holes, including hole-in-one, closest to the pin, the longest drive and the straightest drive. Republic National Distributing Company, the official fine wine and spirits sponsor, served complimentary cocktails all day throughout the course and during the luncheon and awards ceremony. Toyota of Hollywood had four 2025 vehicles displayed throughout the course.   The day culminated with an awards ceremony and a luncheon featuring a silent auction and raffle inside The Club at Weston Hills. The Miami Dolphins announced today that they have signed defensive tackle Ben Stille. Stille has appeared in 18 career games with one start in three seasons with Miami (2022), Cleveland (2022), Arizona (2023-24) and Tampa Bay (2024). He has totaled 17 tackles (seven solo), 2.0 sacks, one pass defensed and one fumble recovery in his career. Stille entered the NFL as an undrafted college free agent with Miami in 2022 and spent part of the season on the practice squad. He played collegiately at Nebraska (2017-21) where he was a five-year letterman and a three-year starter.
