- Miami vs Australia: Assessing Telehealth in Two Key Markets
Telehealth delivers quality healthcare directly to patients, making it easier for them to get the help they need without visiting a land-based medical facility. The digital revolution has taken different forms around the world, but Miami in the United States and Australia stand out for their unique ways of approaching virtual care. Telehealth has become a key part of the health sector in each region, but there is a striking difference in the way the services are structured and experienced. Read on as we explore how telehealth is delivered in Miami compared to Australia, what patients can expect in each setting and why certain providers have thrived in a saturated field. How Telehealth Thrives in Miami’s Chaotic Landscape Miami is one of the most bustling cities in the US. The city thrives on energy but has long struggled with congestion, long commutes and busy schedules. Telehealth has managed to fit right in, with providers such as South Florida Psychiatry (SFP) and JustDirect developing systems that align with the lifestyle of local residents. SFP and JustDirect are easy to access and offer continuity of care. The former is renowned for offering services that cater to patients struggling with mental health. The online platform offers features such as symptom evaluation, psychiatric counselling and medication management, but its biggest selling point is its reputation as a reliable provider. Patients who patronise SFP can rest assured that they can access healthcare when they need to without losing the personal touch. Despite consulting with a medical professional remotely, the quality of care and attention patients receive matches in-person appointments. Not only are they on par, but many consider virtual care to be more effective, considering that patients are more likely to open up when they are in a safe space. JustDirect offers slightly different telehealth services to SFP, focusing on those who need urgent care, general health check-ups or managing chronic conditions. They take privacy very seriously, connecting patients and specialists through a reputable platform. They also follow up to keep patients in touch with their doctors while making sure their recovery is going according to plan. Australia’s Expanding Market of Telehealth Providers Miami may have taken up telehealth as a modern solution to urban life, but Australia has embraced it to make sure everyone has access to high-quality care. The demand for telehealth services has created a booming industry, with dozens of providers now operating across the country. Platforms such as Medicompare help Australians compare telehealth providers to ensure they are reputable. Qoctor is one of the top telehealth services. Founded in 2016 by a team of general practitioners (GPs), Qoctor offers one of the most comprehensive online general practices in the Australian telehealth market. It offers a wide range of services, including medical certificates, prescriptions, blood test referrals, radiology referrals, specialist referrals and comprehensive care for children. Qoctor’s extensive portfolio makes it one of the most versatile platforms in Australia. It is also big on mental health. Most telehealth providers charge sizeable fees for mental health plans, but Qoctor bulk-bills the services. How Miami and Australia Differ in Telehealth Provision Telehealth providers in Miami are restricted by Florida’s state-specific licensing rules, which prevent doctors from treating patients outside the state without special approval. Australia has a unified nationwide system. Once a GP is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), they can offer telehealth services to patients anywhere in the country. There is also a huge difference in payment models. Medicare and Medicaid only cover part payment in Miami, so patients may need private insurance or pay out-of-pocket for some portion. By contrast, Australia’s Medicare rebate system means many GP and mental health consultations are bulk-billed, so patients usually do not have to worry about the cost of accessing healthcare. However, not all consultations are bulk-billed. Some doctors and clinics choose to charge above the Medicare rebate, which forces patients to pay the difference. Miami’s telehealth system is more about convenience, considering the city isn’t lacking medical facilities, while Australia’s system focuses on bridging the gap for people in remote communities. - Top 7 Instagram‑Worthy Engagement Ring Styles for Modern Brides
When it comes to proposals in 2025, it’s not just about the big moment; it’s also about the look. From perfectly styled hands to carefully staged proposal photos, engagement rings are starring on Instagram and TikTok. Modern brides are seeking designs that are not only timeless but also camera-ready. This guide explores the top seven engagement ring styles dominating social feeds this year, helping you find the perfect ring to sparkle in person and online. 1. Oval-Cut Diamonds: Effortless Elegance If there’s one style that continues to trend across Instagram, it’s the oval-cut diamond. Loved for its elongated silhouette and flattering appearance on the finger, this cut offers maximum sparkle without being overly traditional. Celebrities like Hailey Bieber have contributed to the oval diamond boom, inspiring millions of Pinterest saves and TikTok views. According to a 2025 wedding report, searches for “oval engagement rings” increased 35% year-on-year. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: Its slender, elongated design makes hands look elegant in close-up shots and perfectly complements polished manicures. 2. Hidden Halo Designs: Subtle Sparkle For brides seeking glamour with a modern twist, hidden halo settings are a must-watch trend. Unlike traditional halos, this style features tiny diamonds placed beneath the central stone, creating a soft, radiant glow that catches light beautifully on camera. This design is especially popular among influencers and style-focused brides who want a minimalist look without sacrificing impact. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: The delicate shimmer photographs beautifully and offers a luxurious effect without overwhelming the main stone. 3. Coloured Gemstones: A Bold Expression of Personality 2025 is the year of vibrant individuality, and coloured gemstones, from striking sapphires to romantic pink diamonds, are stealing the spotlight. Inspired by celebrities like Kate Middleton and Megan Fox, couples are gravitating towards colourful engagement rings that reflect their personal style. Global demand for coloured gemstones in fine jewelry increased by 39% between 2022 and 2024, proving this trend is only accelerating. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: Vibrant stones instantly grab attention on feeds, making every proposal picture stand out. 4. Mixed Metal Bands: Versatility Meets Style One of the biggest engagement ring trends on TikTok right now is mixed metal bands. By combining two or more metals, such as yellow gold, white gold, and platinum, jewelers create striking, customisable designs that perfectly complement today’s layered jewelry looks. Brides who enjoy stacking rings or pairing everyday pieces with their engagement rings love this option, as it seamlessly complements their personal style. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: The contrast of metals creates visual depth that photographs beautifully under natural light. 5. Minimalist Solitaires: Less Is More While bold styles are gaining popularity, minimalist solitaires hold their place as timeless classics. These simple yet sophisticated designs allow the centre stone to shine, pairing beautifully with clean, neutral aesthetics that dominate Instagram’s bridal mood boards. For added sparkle, many minimalist styles now feature subtle modern touches like thin pavé bands, bezel settings, or delicate hidden halos. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: Solitaires embody elegance and look incredible in lifestyle photos, close-ups, and styled flat lays. 6. Vintage-Inspired Glamour: Art Deco Revival Modern brides increasingly embrace vintage-inspired designs, particularly Art Deco settings with geometric shapes, milgrain detailing, and cushion-cut stones. This aesthetic has made a huge comeback in 2025, merging timeless glamour with modern craftsmanship. According to Google Trends, searches for “Art Deco engagement rings” have increased by 28% over the last 12 months, highlighting the growing appetite for designs with heritage and character. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: Vintage styles offer intricate details that shine in macro photography, making them ideal for high-resolution close-up shots. 7. Sustainable Lab-Grown Diamonds: Ethical Luxury Sustainability is shaping jewellery choices more than ever, and lab-grown diamonds are leading this movement. These stones are chemically identical to mined diamonds but come at a lower price point and with less environmental impact. According to a report, over 67% of Gen Z and Millennial buyers consider sustainability when purchasing fine jewellery, making lab-grown diamonds a trend here to stay. Why it’s Instagram-worthy: With larger stones accessible at lower costs, lab-grown diamonds deliver the sparkle that dominates social feeds, without compromising ethics. Styling Your Proposal Photos An Instagram-worthy engagement ring deserves equally stunning proposal photos. To make your ring shine on camera: Manicure matters: Neutral tones make diamonds pop, while bold colours highlight creative settings. Lighting is key: Natural sunlight enhances sparkle for close-ups. Accessorise thoughtfully: Stackable bands and complementary jewellery add depth and style to the look. By combining the right ring style with carefully curated photography, your proposal moment becomes instantly shareable. Choosing Your Perfect Instagram-Worthy Ring From hidden halos to coloured gemstones and lab-grown diamonds, the engagement ring trends 2025 celebrate personal expression, sustainability, and style. The right ring should reflect your personality while making a visual impact—both in real life and online. If you’re ready to start your search, explore a beautiful collection of engagement rings featuring timeless classics, bold statements, and contemporary designs. Final Thoughts Modern brides are redefining traditions and embracing individuality, making Instagram-worthy designs more diverse and creative. Whether you lean towards bold, colourful styles or minimalist elegance, 2025 offers endless possibilities to find a ring as unique as your love story. By ML Staff. Images courtesy of Chisholm Hunter
- Jewelry That Fits Digital Nomad Life — Why Flat Backs Travel Better
Life on the move leaves little room for accessories that demand attention. Digital nomads juggle long-haul flights, shifting climates, and tight schedules, where even small discomforts compound quickly. Earrings that snag on scarves, press into ears during naps, or tangle with headsets become more trouble than they’re worth. Comfort, efficiency, and durability take priority, guiding every decision about what earns a spot in a travel kit. Among the best solutions are flatback earrings , merging utility with understated style. Their streamlined profile eliminates sharp edges, prevents irritation during transit, and stays secure through constant transitions. Made from resilient materials, they reduce upkeep while keeping a polished look from airport lounge to evening dinner. With fewer moving parts, they lighten both luggage and decision-making. Comfort That Holds Up During Travel Days A cramped airplane seat and hours of headset use expose every flaw in standard studs. With a slimmer profile, flat back designs rest comfortably against the skin, avoiding pressure points during naps and steering clear of collars or scarves. Their compact shape sits flush under hats, preventing the irritation that often builds during long travel stretches. Durable materials like titanium or stainless steel resist tarnish across shifting climates while staying kind to sensitive ears. Minimalist backings reduce bulk in sleeping positions, offering comfort without compromise. One polished pair can transition from airport security to evening meetings, easily tucked into a jacket pocket for reliable access on long-haul days. Making the Most of Limited Packing Space Travel demands ruthless packing, and bulky accessories rarely justify their space. Flat back earrings maximize efficiency by slipping into slim cases, holding variety without excess. Their compact design shifts easily between casual cafés and evening plans, giving each pair more mileage while trimming down unnecessary bulk that would otherwise crowd chargers, cables, and essentials. Versatile sets streamline outfits with minimal pieces. A polished stud for work, a textured pair for evenings, and a slim bar for layering cover most occasions without extra weight. Stored on a foam insert or small card, they avoid scratches and tangles, turning a handful of accessories into reliable staples that simplify each morning. Staying Compatible With Work Tech and Daily Gear Remote work depends on a growing web of devices—headsets, microphones, chargers, and tangled cables crowding small café tables. Standard studs can snag on straps or press uncomfortably against headphones, adding small but constant distractions. Low-profile earrings, by contrast, sit flush against the skin, sliding neatly beneath bands, hoods, or scarves without interference. Rounded backs reduce friction with clothing, while hypoallergenic alloys stay comfortable through long hours in air-conditioned spaces. A pair stored on a slim magnetic card tucks easily into a tech pouch, keeping them polished and accessible for spontaneous video calls. With distractions minimized, attention shifts from fidgeting to focused work. Keeping Hygiene Simple Across Changing Environments Salt air, humid hostels, and subway sweat leave tiny bits of grime on jewelry; flat-backed studs resist buildup because their backs are smooth and nearly seamless. Fewer nooks means faster cleaning, less fiddling with tiny clasps, and a lower chance of irritation when humidity and salt levels shift. Choose hypoallergenic options like titanium, niobium, or gold-filled posts and look for sealed backs that stay tight. A quick alcohol wipe or soaking in a small saline cup removes oils without harming finishes, and dry storage cuts corrosion risk; a single alcohol pad and cotton swab tucked in the tech pouch makes quick refreshes before meetings simple. Reducing Daily Decisions With Reliable Basics Streamlined accessories reduce mental load, especially during unpredictable mornings on the road. A consistent set of flat back studs in one finish keeps style cohesive without effort. Subtle sizes sit neatly under collars and lapels, maintaining a polished silhouette across different outfits while avoiding the distractions of oversized stones or mismatched shapes. Simple motifs like circles, bars, or knots complement daily wear without demanding attention. Choosing pieces that echo existing hardware—watch clasps, laptop hinges, or belt buckles—creates an intentional, unified look. With reliable options in steady rotation, mornings shift from choosing accessories to focusing on work and travel, freeing time and energy for what matters most. Accessories that travel well combine function with subtle elegance, adapting easily to the pace of life on the road. Streamlined earrings reduce irritation during flights, stay discreet under headsets, and slip into slim pouches without wasting space. Durable metals resist wear through shifting climates, while sealed backs cut down on grime and daily upkeep. Carrying just two or three versatile pairs creates consistency without clutter, trimming unnecessary choices each morning. With thoughtful selection, jewelry becomes more than decoration—it turns into a reliable companion that supports focus, flexibility, and confidence across borders, time zones, and every stop between. - MLS Clubs Reached New Heights by Spending Over $336 Million on Transfers
Major League Soccer (MLS) broke the transfer market record in 2025. They spent around $336 million on transfers, which was double the money spent in 2024. MLS became the eighth-highest spending league worldwide. No wonder its reputation as a major player in the global football transfer market is constantly growing. Image by DepositPhotos Increased Transfer Spendings and Breaking Records The 2025 figure represents a 75% year-over-year increase, leaving no doubt about MLS’s growing financial clout. The growth of spending also highlights the league’s ambitious efforts to attract international talent and elevate its competitive profile. MLS’s secondary transfer window was open until the final day. Big-name signings and record-breaking fees popped up in the headlines all the time. LAFC, Atlanta United, and FC Cincinnati are shattering the league’s single-transfer fee record within eight months. With a strengthened lineup, bookmakers like GGBet have high expectations from these clubs in the new season. The first major splash came early in the year when FC Cincinnati signed Kévin Denkey from Cercle Brugge for $16.3 million. The previous mark was set by Atlanta United’s purchase of Thiago Almada for $16 million. Atlanta then raised the bar again by securing Emmanuel Latte Lath from Middlesbrough for $22 million. The biggest headline arrived earlier this month when LAFC signed South Korean superstar Son Heung-Min from Tottenham Hotspur for $26.5 million. Son’s arrival broke the MLS transfer record and became one of the most high-profile signings in league history. New Transfer System and Club-Record Deals MLS reported that nearly half of its clubs have made a record signing in the last two years. The Colorado Rapids spent $8 million to bring in U.S. international Paxten Aaronson from Eintracht Frankfurt, demonstrating the club’s long-term ambitions. Toronto FC acquired Djordje Mihailović in a deal worth $8 million, with potential bonuses and a sell-on clause. Mihailović is expected to be the central element of Toronto’s rebuild. MLS’s upgraded internal transfer system was implemented in 2025. Local clubs used to exchange players for available budgets, draft picks, and other assets. Now, teams can use unlimited cash to acquire players across the national league, which complies with global transfer standards. The new mechanism has already generated over $40 million after selling 11 players. Image by DepositPhotos Global Recruitment on the Rise MLS’s record result has restructured the domestic market and also strengthened its international presence. In 2025, MLS clubs signed 169 international players from 50 countries, including Brazil (11 players), Argentina (10), England (8), and Portugal (8). MLS clubs keep an eye on the national leagues, which promise to be the most common sources of new talent. The growing transfer of foreign players reflects Don Garber’s long-stated vision of MLS as a globally respected league. The age of new players indicates that MLS clubs focus on young talents who have high resale value and a significant on-field impact. The record-breaking year has serious implications for the league’s future. Local clubs are setting their own transfer records by selling seven players to foreign clubs for at least $10 million. With that said, MLS has become both a significant buyer and seller on the international stage. Fans and specialists are watching the market situation to catch the possible consequences of such transfer politics. By ML Staff. Images courtesy of DepositPhotos
- F1 Will Clarify 2026 Rules Changes to Motorsport Fans
Formula 1 is preparing for the major regulation overhauls in its modern history. CEO Stefano Domenicali says the administration will ensure fans understand exactly what’s coming for 2026. The new rules will restructure car design and the philosophy behind it. F1 will focus on smaller, lighter, and more sustainable machines to create a new level of technical complexity. Fans and sportsbooks like HotBet are waiting for the new updates to know what to expect from the 2026 season. Image by DepositPhotos Technical Revolution: Smaller Cars, Balanced Power The new regulations will create a more balanced power unit that sets the right balance between the internal combustion engine (ICE) and the motor generator unit. A slight advantage will be given to the ICE (closer to 53/47). An innovative overboost function will replace the Drag Reduction System (DRS), offering short bursts of extra power to assist overtaking. Cars will also feature active aerodynamics by adjusting drag and reducing the force between straights and corners. Upcoming changes aim to improve the performance, which might cause serious technical consequences. Teams must make cars 30 kg lighter while also integrating heavier batteries. A difficult balance will be hard to achieve, but it will eventually take the whole racing experience to a new level. Concerns Over Pace and Weight Will the new rules preserve F1’s reputation as the fastest series in motorsport? Williams boss James Vowles and McLaren principal Andrea Stella have questioned whether cars will be too slow through corners and too quick on the straights. High risks highlight the need for careful regulations to maintain Formula 1 as the epicenter of speed and innovation. Additional risks confuse fans with excessive technical and regulatory novelties in simple terms. F1 plans to develop graphics, animations, and short video explainers to enhance public acknowledgement. The aim is to avoid “engineers’ language” and ensure new fans stay informed. Collaboration and Refinement Before the Deadline The draft regulations were voted on by the World Motor Sport Council on June 28. Most team principals supported the overall direction but decided to make the rules practical. Domenicali organized a post-Monza meeting to discuss F1’s long-term plans for 2030. Hybridisation, along with sustainable fuel, will be lowered for the sake of lighter, naturally aspirated engines. Sustainable fuels are going to be central to motorsport in the future. Excessive electrification only leads to heavier cars, greater complexity, and larger dimensions, which doesn’t feel right anymore. Image by DepositPhotos A New Era Is About to Start Formula 1 focuses on the technical transformation but also on how to tell the story to the fans. Educational campaigns, driver-led content, and transparent communication will play a crucial role in keeping fans engaged. If successful, the 2026 rules could deliver a new era of closer racing and sustainable technology. This approach can significantly contribute to the growing public interest in motorsports. Domenicali and team bosses indicate the significance of communication. Refining both the regulations and the way they are explained will be key to bringing F1’s next chapter to real success. - Vero Beach Museum of Art Unveils $85M Expansion Plans for Riverside Park Campus
Just under a two-hour drive north of Miami, the Vero Beach Museum of Art (VBMA) has unveiled design plans for its new $85 million expanded home and campus in Riverside Park along the Indian River Lagoon. Developed by Allied Works with Unknown Studio Landscape Architecture & Urban Design, the two-story, 90,000-square-foot building will double exhibition space, add an education wing with studios, and feature gardens, terraces, and courtyards that weave art and nature together. Since its 1986 founding as an arts education center, VBMA has grown into one of the country’s highest-attended small museums, with a permanent collection of American Modernism and global Contemporary art, a robust program of touring exhibitions, and a nationally regarded art school. The expansion marks the institution’s most significant upgrade in 40 years, ensuring long-term sustainability, more capacity for exhibitions, and expanded educational programs. “Our new building marks an exciting new chapter, reflecting and amplifying our role as the Treasure Coast’s preeminent cultural convenor,” said Brady Roberts, VBMA’s Executive Director and CEO. “The first floor will feature exhibitions, education, and public programs free and open to the public, creating an even more welcoming destination.” Construction begins in fall 2025, with completion expected in early 2027. The new design includes 22,000 square feet of galleries, a community auditorium, children’s art spaces, and flexible learning studios, all connected to Riverside Park by lush terraced landscaping. The project will also add 1.5 acres of green space, enhancing VBMA’s role as both a cultural and community hub. “The design manifests the materiality of the region and creates an open setting where art, landscape, and architecture are seamlessly entwined,” said Brad Cloepfil, Founding Principal of Allied Works, whose past cultural projects include the Clyfford Still Museum and the National Veterans Memorial and Museum. VBMA remains open during construction at its current facility, continuing exhibitions and programs through the transition. The Museum is located at 3001 Riverside Park Drive in Vero Beach, Florida. - Everything’s Good with Toni Chapman
Inside the soulful, comforting debut cookbook from Miami-based culinary content creator, The Moody Foody. By Morgan Harms Toni Chapman, known to her 2M followers as The Moody Foody, has built an online community around the belief that food is more than just sustenance. It’s a source of connection, comfort, and joy. Now, with the upcoming release of her debut cookbook, Everything’s Good (out October 28 via Clarkson Potter), she’s bringing that same warmth into people’s kitchens. The collection features 100 soulful, approachable recipes inspired by her Puerto Rican heritage, her Jersey upbringing, and her Miami life today. For Toni, sharing these recipes isn’t just about feeding people, it’s about sharing the dishes that “raised” her, from Friday fishfrys to her grandmother’s pollo guisado, and inviting readers to feel proud of what they cook. The title, Everything’s Good , is as reassuring as the food itself. A phrase Toni’s father often said, whether at the table or during hard times. “It’s a reminder that food, like life, doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful,” she says. That sentiment runs through every page, where nostalgic flavors meet a fresh, vibrant energy inspired by Miami’s colorful food culture. The result is a cookbook that feels like an embrace: part story, part guide, and all heart. Everything’s Good is deeply rooted in your personal story and family traditions. How does it feel to have your cookbook almost out in the world? Toni Chapman: It feels surreal. These recipes are the ones that raised me, that held me, that made me fall in love with food in the first place. To take what’s been so personal—family traditions, Friday fishfrys, my grandma’s pollo guisado—and share them with the world feels like I’m putting pieces of my story in people’s kitchens. It’s emotional, but it’s also exciting because I know how powerful food is in bringing people together. The title itself, Everything’s Good , feels both cozy and reassuring. How did you land on that phrase, and what does it capture about the spirit of your recipes? Toni Chapman: “Everything’s good” is something my dad would say, whether we were at the table eating or just making it through tough times. It’s a reminder that food, like life, doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. It's a play on words. How did you go about choosing which recipes made it into the book? Were there any that felt especially personal or emotional to include? Toni Chapman: I wanted a mix: the dishes people already know me for online—like my honey butter cornbread and mac & cheese—and the dishes that are woven into my DNA, like mofongo, arroz con gandules, and my grandma’s pollo guisado. Choosing was hard, but I kept asking myself: what recipes would I want the audience to feel proud to cook? You often highlight Puerto Rican flavors and the multicultural community you grew up in. How has living in Miami influenced your cooking and the recipes in this book? Toni Chapman: Miami gave me sunshine, color, and a deeper appreciation for Caribbean flavors. I grew up in Jersey eating from every culture around me—Puerto Rican, Dominican, Chinese takeout, soul food. Moving to Miami sharpened that love. The ceviches, the fresh mangoes, the energy of the city—it all shows up in my food now. It made the book brighter, more vibrant, but still rooted in comfort. Comfort food means something different to everyone. What does “comfort food” mean to you, and how has that definition evolved over time? Toni Chapman: To me, comfort food is about belonging. It’s not just the dish, it’s who’s at the table with you. Growing up, comfort was Chinese wings, pizza, or my dad’s turkey wings—whatever brought everyone together after a long week. Now, comfort food is also about grounding myself when life feels chaotic. It’s food that makes me feel held and connected. You’ve said food can ground us when life feels unsteady. Was there a period in your own life when cooking helped you find stability or joy again? Toni Chapman: Definitely. When I found out about my mom’s struggles with addiction, my dad and I just started baking chocolate chip cookies together. We didn’t talk, we just cooked. That was our way of processing. Later, when life got busy and uncertain, cooking was always the thing that made me feel like myself again—it reminded me of where I come from and what really matters. You’ve built such a loyal online community—2M followers who look to you not just for recipes but for connection. What do you think resonates most with your audience about your approach to food? Toni Chapman: I think people feel the heart behind it. I don’t just post recipes—I tell the story, I show the mess, I let people into my kitchen like they’re family. Food is my love language, and I think people feel that. They know I’m not here to intimidate them, I’m here to remind them they can cook something beautiful, feed people they love, and feel proud doing it. If a reader cooked just one recipe from Everything’s Good to get the full Toni Chapman experience, which one should it be and why? Toni Chapman: The mac & cheese. It’s the dish I worked on for years, the one that thousands of people already make for their families. It’s creamy, celebratory—everything my cooking stands for. Miami is a city with such a rich food culture. If you had to plan your perfect Miami food day, where would you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner? Toni Chapman: Breakfast starts at Magdalena Coffee Bar & Houseplants in Edgewater—palmarita and a cafecito, always. For lunch, I’m hitting Nami Nori in the Design District for open-style hand rolls; then either a classic Cuban from Sarussi (yes, that Sarussi sauce!) or ceviche from SuViche —Miami does both so well.Dinner is Orilla Bar & Grill on Miami Beach—Argentinian steakhouse energy, and I’m a New York strip + a glass of wine girl there.Bonus: Tâm Tâm downtown for bold Vietnamese flavors, and Chez Louise in North Miami when I’m craving Haitian—both feel like the heartbeat of the city. When you’re not in the kitchen, where do you feel the most yourself? Toni Chapman: Honestly, with family and friends at a big table—even if I’m not the one cooking. I also love traveling and being near the ocean. Both remind me that life is bigger than my to-do list, and they fuel the creativity I bring back to the kitchen.
