From sparkling wines to bold reds, we’ve curated a selection to complement every dish on your holiday table. Sparkling Wines: A Festive Beginning No celebration is complete without the elegance of sparkling wine. The versatility of Champagne and sparkling wines makes them an excellent choice for appetizers like smoked salmon, oysters, or festive cheese platters. Look for a Brut or Extra Brut Champagne, which balances freshness and complexity beautifully. For a more budget-friendly option, try Crémant de Loire or Prosecco for a bright and fruit-forward profile. C risp Whites for Lighter Fare Holiday meals often feature lighter dishes like salads or seafood. Pair these with crisp white wines that offer refreshing acidity and subtle fruit notes. A classic Chablis or a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc from Sancerre brings a zesty complement to herb-seasoned dishes. If you’re serving creamy seafood pasta, consider a fuller-bodied white like a Burgundy Chardonnay to match the richness. Bold Reds for Winter Warmth Hearty dishes like roast beef, lamb, or holiday hams call for bold red wines. A classic Brunello di Montalcino or Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon offers structured tannins and dark fruit notes that pair beautifully with rich flavors. For something unique, explore Cornas from the Northern Rhône, which brings smoky, earthy undertones to complement dishes with rosemary or thyme. Japanese Sake for a Unique Touch For those looking to try something different this holiday season, Japanese sake offers a world of pairing possibilities. A Junmai or Junmai Daiginjo sake pairs surprisingly well with roasted vegetables, teriyaki-glazed meats, or even desserts like dark chocolate. Our selection includes over 100 labels, with highlights such as Dassai 45, IWA 5, and Tatenokawa Junmai Daiginjo, perfect for gifting or enjoying with friends. Dessert Wines to End on a Sweet Note Conclude your holiday meal with a wine that matches the sweetness of your dessert. Liam Lawson has been rewarded for his encouraging Visa Cash App Racing Bulls displays this season in the 2024 FIA Formula One World Championship with an Oracle Red Bull Racing seat for 2025 alongside four-time world champion Max Verstappen. Here is all you need to know: - New Zealand native Lawson joined the Red Bull Junior Programme in 2019 and, after multiple junior formula successes, he stepped up to finish second overall in the 2021 DTM series for Red Bull AF Corse. - He made his Formula One debut with Scuderia AlphaTauri at the 2023 Dutch Grand Prix and he scored his first championship points in just his second outing at the Singapore GP before completing five races. - After taking up his Reserve Driver role with both teams in 2024, he returned with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls and banked a points-scoring finish at this year's United States Grand Prix with ninth place then followed up with another ninth place at the Singapore Grand Prix. - After completing the 2024 season alongside Japanese driver Yuki Tsunoda with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls, the 22-year-old now takes the next step in his career and replaces Mexican Sergio Pérez. - Pérez helped the team to second in the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship, then two constructors' titles back-to-back in 2022 and 2023 before a third place in 2024. He also secured second in the 2023 drivers' title race behind Verstappen and third in the 2022 season. - Lawson said: "To be announced as an Oracle Red Bull Racing Driver is a lifelong dream for me, this is something I've wanted and worked towards since I was eight years old. It's been an incredible journey so far. I want to say a massive thank you to the whole team at VCARB for their support, the last six races have played a huge part in my preparation for this next step. I also want to thank, Christian (Horner), Helmut (Marko) and the whole Red Bull family for believing in me and giving me this opportunity. I am super excited to work alongside Max and learn from a World Champion, I have no doubt I will learn from his expertise. I can't wait to get going!" - Horner, Team Principal and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing, said: "I'm delighted to announce that Liam Lawson will join the Team in 2025. Liam's performances over the course of his two stints with Visa Cash App Racing Bulls have demonstrated that he's not only capable of delivering strong results but that he's also a real racer, not afraid to mix it with the best and come out on top. His arrival continues the Team's long history of promoting from within the Red Bull Junior Programme and he follows in the footsteps of championship and race-winning drivers such as Sebastian Vettel and of course, Max Verstappen. There's no doubt that racing alongside Max, a four-time champion and undoubtedly one of the greatest drivers ever seen in F1, is a daunting task, but I'm sure Liam can rise to that challenge and deliver some outstanding results for us next year." • All-New PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf Game To Launch As PGA TOUR’s Opening Drive Gets Underway in the New Year

Presented by PGA TOUR Superstore, the free-to-play game features team captains, player bench priority, prizes for top users throughout the FedExCup Season The PGA TOUR today announced a new version of its popular PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf game, which will go live January 2 as the Opening Drive kicks off the FedExCup Season at The Sentry. Refreshed with an updated design and enhanced features, PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf presented by PGA TOUR Superstore offers an exciting new opportunity for fans to discover or deepen their engagement with the PGA TOUR. PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf presented by PGA TOUR Superstore is a free-to-play fantasy game that allows fans to showcase their golf knowledge by picking a team of six PGA TOUR stars each week to compete against their friends and fellow fans. Prizes, courtesy of PGA TOUR Superstore, will be awarded throughout the FedExCup Season, culminating with an overall champion named after the season-ending TOUR Championship at East Lake Golf Club, where the FedExCup Champion will be crowned. “PGA TOUR Fantasy Golf stays true to what fans have loved about the previous version, but with fresh components that will no doubt bring an elevated experience for both new users and longtime fans,” said Scott Warfield, PGA TOUR Vice President, Gaming. “We’re excited to have PGA TOUR Superstore as our partner in this new Fantasy endeavor, and we look forward to fans being able to align more closely with the reimagined TOUR schedule, beginning with the Opening Drive in Hawaii.” The 2025 fantasy golf schedule will be broken down into three segments across the 2025 FedExCup Season, beginning with The Sentry, with midseason segments starting at THE PLAYERS Championship and then the RBC Canadian Open. Prizes will be awarded after each segment and at the conclusion of the season. The overall winner will receive a $4,500 gift card to PGA TOUR Superstore, along with a PGA TOUR Superstore STUDIO Full Bag Fitting, with the overall runner-up and second runner-up receiving $2,500 and $1000 gift cards, respectively. Each segment winner will also receive a $500 gift card to the PGA TOUR Superstore, with segment runners-up receiving $300. The competition adds new twists to a traditional roster fantasy game. Fans designate a team captain, who will earn double points throughout the week, providing them the opportunity to differentiate lineups even further from other participants. Additionally, fans can rely on a new automatic swap feature, which changes out selections in their lineup automatically, should a rostered player miss the cut, with replacements stepping into the lineup based on how users rank and assign priority to bench players. Fans will also be able to follow their roster more easily, with improved integration between the new Fantasy game and the TOUR’s website and app offerings. Scoring will be live and based on a player’s performance on course, with results each week finalized after the final putt drops. Fans will be able to follow their leaderboard and projected final score in real time, no longer needing to wait until Monday morning for tournament results to finalize. The new fantasy game follows on the heels of the rebuilt PGA TOUR app and website from 2023, which provided fans faster data and statistics, quicker load times and uninterrupted engagement. “With Fantasy Golf, the TOUR offers golf enthusiasts an additional way to connect to the game they love that extends beyond the course and into the excitement of another form of engagement and competition,” said Jill Thomas, Chief Marketing Officer, PGA TOUR Superstore. “We understand that golf is more than just a game for millions of TOUR fans and PGA TOUR Superstore customers – it’s a passion, a challenge, and above all, fun.” About PGA TOUR By showcasing golf’s greatest players, the PGA TOUR engages, inspires and positively impacts our fans, partners and communities worldwide. • Celebrate the Holidays with Santa Barbara County’s Award-Winning Wines

As the holidays approach, the spirit of celebration beckons. One of the best ways to enhance these joyful moments is with a glass of exquisite wine. A thoughtfully chosen wine from a remarkable vineyard can turn these joyful moments into unforgettable memories with family and friends. This season, look to Santa Barbara County to enrich your celebrations with exceptional wines. Located on California’s Central Coast, Santa Barbara County is not only home to the American Riviera—the city of Santa Barbara—but it is also a veritable paradise for cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. A rare east-to-west mountain range funnels Pacific Ocean winds and fog into the vineyards, creating one of California’s longest growing seasons. The grapes ripen slowly, developing full flavors while holding onto their natural acidity. Affectionately referred to as “refrigerated sunshine,” this climate, combined with diverse soils, produces vibrant, irreplicable wines. Recognizing the magical qualities of this place, Wine Enthusiast Magazine awarded Santa Barbara County 2021 Wine Region of the Year. Why Choose Santa Barbara County Wines for the Holidays? Brimming with natural acidity, ripe fruit flavors, and a touch of salinity, Santa Barbara County wines are delicious to sip on their own and are extraordinarily versatile for pairing with just about any dish from traditional turkey to takeout Thai. Whether you are planning a festive dinner or a cozy evening by the fire, there’s a bottle for every occasion. Brewer-Clifton Wines Unfettered Expressions of the Sta. Rita Hills Founded in 1996, Brewer-Clifton’s award-winning wines reflect the geographic, geologic, and climatic uniqueness of California’s Sta. Rita Hills appellation in Santa Barbara County. Founder and Winemaker Greg Brewer—2020 Wine Enthusiast Magazine Winemaker of the Year—has spent the entirety of his three-decade career dedicated to crafting cool-climate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from this finite stretch of land. Greg and his team passionately and ritualistically create wines of intensity, complexity, and specificity to convey the characteristics inherent to each vineyard site and the region as a whole, with uncompromising quality. Brewer-Clifton Holiday Wine Pairings With its pure fruit, firm structure, and textural hints of orange zest and fresh sea salt, the Brewer-Clifton Sta. Rita Hills Chardonnay is a perfect match for roast turkey, a mushroom-leek tart, or sushi and sashimi. The Brewer-Clifton Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir offers a balance of ripe red fruit flavors and earthy undertones, making it an exceptional companion for roast duck, a Moroccan-spiced lamb tagine, or a mushroom risotto with truffle oil. Explore Brewer-Clifton’s ( www.bygregbrewer.com ) offerings and consider adding these award-winning wines to your holiday menu. She uses hands-on, boutique techniques to craft wines that are prized for their texture, harmony, and energy. Jill leads a vineyard and cellar crew, with members who have worked at Cambria for over 20 years on average, and whose drive for excellence earned Cambria the title of a Top 100 Winery of 2020 from Wine & Spirits. Cambria Holiday Wine Pairings Barbara’s two daughters, Julia Jackson and Katherine Jackson, serve as the winery’s co-proprietors and namesakes for the estate’s two main vineyards and flagship wines. Julia’s Vineyard Pinot Noir, beloved for its bright cherry and pomegranate flavors and balanced spice, pairs wonderfully with classic roast beef, roasted Brussels sprouts, or butternut squash soup. Fermented in both stainless steel and barrels for freshness and complexity, Katherine’s Vineyard Chardonnay is a terrific accompaniment to baked ham, grilled chicken tacos with mango salsa, or a creamy paneer tikka masala.
