TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant Launches Weekend Brickell Brunch Sessions

TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, located on the 15th floor of the W Miami, has introduced its new Brickell Brunch Sessions. The weekend series takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., offering guests skyline and river views from the heart of the financial district.

The brunch menu features a variety of bold dishes, including Short Rib Nachos, Tres Leches Waffles, and Skirt Steak served with Nopal Chimichurri. These offerings are paired with handcrafted artisanal cocktails and a tropical atmosphere inspired by the modern aesthetic of Tulum, Mexico.

Each day of the weekend offers a distinct atmosphere for visitors:

• Saturdays: Feature a live DJ spinning upbeat sets to create a high-energy rooftop celebration.

• Sundays: Provide a more relaxed environment suitable for long conversations and panoramic city views.

The restaurant, led by Executive Chef Francisco Merizalde, accommodates 120 guests across its indoor and al fresco dining areas. Reservations for the brunch sessions can be made through the museum's website or standard booking platforms.
