Catch & Cut to Debut Sushi Summer Nights Series



Let the good times roll at Catch & Cut! Helmed by Managing Partner and Executive Chef André Bienvenu, Catch & Cut is rolling out a new Sushi Summer Nights series soy good.

Offered June 3 through Sept. 30 at the rooftop balcony Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., the Sushi Summer Nights will feature 25% off Catch & Cut’s full signature sushi bar menu, the raw bar, fresh nigiri and sashimi, featured sushi of the day, sake, classic and signature cocktails, wines by the glass and the sushi of the day and sake pairing.

Catch & Cut’s indulgent cocktail menu, curated by Beverage Manager Joe Vesey, complements the culinary creations. Sushi Summer Nights is accompanied by an extensive selection of chilled sake, crisp champagnes and fine wines hand-selected by Certified Sommeliers Stephan Cole and Natina Rocchio.

 Led by celebrated Sushi Chef Inyoman Atmaja, Catch & Cut’s signature full raw and sushi bar includes:

  • Oysters – Chef’s selection served with mignonette sauce

  • Grouper Ceviche – Grouper, jalapeño, citrus brine and chips

  • Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – C&C spice, grated horseradish and cocktail sauce

  • New England Lobster Roll (sushi style) – Lobster salad, avocado, spicy mustard and Old Bay butter crumbs

  • Colossal Lump Crab Cocktail served with Dijon mustard sauce

  • Mini Tuna Taco – Mango salsa, Asian slaw, avocado, cilantro aioli and microgreens

  • Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice – Spicy tuna, pearl arare and crispy fried sushi rice

  • Hamachi Jalapeño Crudo – Hamachi, cilantro, jalapeño, sriracha and yuzu ponzu sauce

  • Hamachi Truffle Crudo – Hamachi, Mandarin orange, black masago and truffle soy mustard sauce

  • Land and Sea Roll – Tender filet mignon, gulf shrimp, avocado, asparagus and kimchee honey sauce

  • Las Olas Roll – Tuna, salmon, wahoo, yuzu masago, cucumber, scallions, spicy soy mustard sauce and microgreens

  • Sunset Roll – Hamachi, wahoo, tuna, spicy masago, scallions, cilantro, yum yum sauce, pearl arare and microgreens

  • C&C Roll – Tuna, salmon, avocado, masago, scallions, tempura flakes, spicy mayo, eel sauce and microgreens

  • Hamachi Jalapeño Roll (soy wrap, no rice) – Thinly sliced Hamachi, scallions, cilantro, jalapeño, wasabi yuzu dressing and crispy spicy garlic

  • Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll – Spicy Tuna, masago, tempura flakes and jalapeño
