Zuma Miami Serves Up World-Class Dining With Exclusive Pop-Up at the 2025 Miami Open Presented by Itaú

Zuma Miami is thrilled to announce its exclusive pop-up experience at the

2025 Miami Open presented by Itaú, bringing its world-renowned contemporary Japanese izakaya dining philosophy to one of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in the world.

Located on the southeast side of the Empower Club Level at Hard Rock Stadium, Zuma’s pop-up will be the only full-service sit-down restaurant within the stadium, offering guests an unparalleled dining experience amid the excitement of premier tennis. With seating for 164 guests, the restaurant will feature Zuma’s signature design elements, ambiance, and impeccable service, mirroring the experience of its renowned brick-and-mortar locations.

“We’re very excited to debut Zuma’s signature experience to the Miami Open, a world-class tournament that aligns perfectly with our commitment to excellence,” said Nick Fielding, Senior Vice President of Operations, Zuma USA. “Our pop-up will allow guests to enjoy the same exceptional cuisine, service, and ambiance they expect from Zuma, right in the heart of the action.”

Guests at the Miami Open will indulge in a modified à la carte menu featuring Zuma’s celebrated dishes, including sliced seabass with yuzu, truffle, and salmon roe; spicy beef tenderloin with sesame, red chili, and sweet soy; and black cod marinated in saikyo miso wrapped in hoba leaf. A curated selection of Zuma’s signature maki, nigiri, and sashimi will also be available, along with two exclusive omakase experiences: the Chef’s Signature Tasting Menu and a Premium Tasting Menu. To round out the experience, Zuma will offer its decadent desserts, including the fan-favorite Zuma chocolate cake with

caramel praline center and vanilla ice cream.

Complementing the culinary experience, guests can enjoy handcrafted cocktails from Zuma’s award-winning cocktail program, alongside a carefully curated wine and sake menu.

In addition to the full-service restaurant, Zuma will provide exclusive catering to the 49 suites on the Mezzanine Level overlooking the court, offering a private and elevated dining experience for VIP guests.

Zuma at the Miami Open will be accessible to all attendees with a stadium ticket via check-in at the host stand located on the South Plaza through the South Lobby doors. The pop-up will operate throughout the tournament from 11:30 AM until the close of play, aligning with the Miami Open’s match schedule.
