From bright seafood dishes and house-made mezze to open-fire grilled entrées designed for the table, ZIVA's new menu is a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine. Created by Executive Chef Ricardo Esteban, the refreshed offerings draw inspiration from Greece, Southern Italy, Morocco and the Levant, inviting guests to explore the region one shared plate at a time.

"Many of these dishes are designed for sharing, whether guests start with tartares and spreads or gather around a whole branzino or rib-eye at the center of the table," says Esteban.
The experience begins with an expanded raw bar and mezze selection. Highlights include the Bluefin Tuna Tartare, prepared with avocado, crispy shallots, sesame seeds and citrus oil, alongside the Mediterranean Salmon Tartare with cucumber, dill, lemon and house-made tzatziki. Freshly shucked oysters round out the seafood offerings, while the restaurant's house-made spreads remain a centerpiece of the menu. Guests can enjoy favorites like the smoky Muhammara and creamy Carrot Tarator individually or opt for the Mezze Sampler, served with warm pita and perfect for sharing.
Seafood continues to take center stage throughout the menu with dishes that showcase both classic Mediterranean techniques and contemporary flavors. New additions include Calamari alla Arrabiata tossed in a spicy pesto-tomato sauce, Shrimp Fra Diavolo with garlic, basil and chili, and Sautéed Prawns à la Provençale finished with a creamy cilantro-garlic sauce. For larger parties, the Grilled Whole Branzino for Two offers an impressive tableside centerpiece, served with ZIVA rice.
The restaurant's open-fire grill also plays a starring role, producing signature entrées like the Organic Hanger Steak with red wine sauce and pommes frites, Oven-Roasted Chicken Breast with sweet potato purée and sautéed mushrooms, and a char-grilled 20-ounce Prime Rib-Eye for Two accompanied by roasted garlic, fingerling potatoes and peppercorn sauce.
Beyond dinner, ZIVA has established itself as an all-day destination. The restaurant offers weekday lunch, weekend brunch, happy hour, late-night dining and outdoor hookah service before transitioning into a lively evening atmosphere that blends elevated Mediterranean cuisine with Midtown Miami's energetic nightlife.
Located at 3252 NE First Ave. in Midtown Miami, ZIVA's indoor-outdoor setting provides the perfect backdrop for everything from leisurely brunches to celebratory dinners and late-night gatherings. With its new menu, Chef Ricardo Esteban delivers a fresh take on Mediterranean dining that feels both globally inspired and distinctly Miami.
