The Allen Morris Company has opened a new sales and leasing gallery for Ziggurat, a mixed-use development in Coconut Grove. Located at 3065 Fuller Street, the space functions as a multi-sensory environment designed to reflect the architectural vision and local character of the project.

The gallery features a collaboration with Chèvre, an artisan café and wine concept by Think Hospitality. Visitors can view a full model kitchen and curated material finishes while accessing a menu of specialty coffees, gourmet sandwiches, and wines. This partnership aims to demonstrate the lifestyle and energy planned for the completed development.
Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, Ziggurat will consist of a 100,000-square-foot office building and a residential component featuring 18 luxury condominiums. The project also includes 45,000 square feet of retail space and a rooftop restaurant with views of Biscayne Bay. Landscape designer Andres Arcila of Naturalficial is overseeing the integration of natural materials throughout the site's central courtyard and paseos.
The residential units, represented by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, range from 1,250 to over 5,000 square feet. Prices for the residences start at $3.4 million.

The Ziggurat Sales Center is open seven days a week, with hours extending to 8:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
