World Premiere of Nilo Cruz Song Cycle Set for June 13 in Coral Gables

Arca Images and Miami-Dade County Auditorium will present the world premiere concert "Whistling to Death: The Poetry of Nilo Cruz in Song" next month in Coral Gables as part of the venue’s Away From Home Series.
The one-time concert event will take place on Saturday, June 13, at 5:30 pm at Sanctuary of the Arts, located at 410 Andalusia Avenue in Coral Gables. Event information and ticket details are available on the MDCA website.
Tickets are sold out for the related flamenco program FlamenGO 2026 "Las Mujeres que habitan en mí," scheduled for Friday, May 29 at Miami-Dade County Auditorium. Additional information about that performance remains available on the MDCA site.
Both performances are part of Miami-Dade County Auditorium’s Away From Home Series, which presents off-site events at alternative venues through community partnerships while the main venue is temporarily closed for renovations.
