Westchester’s First Luxury Senior Living Community, The Contemporary, Opens This January

Leading Miami-based commercial real estate owners and developers MAS^AJP and equity partner OCTA are excited to be opening The Contemporary, the first modern senior living facility in the Westchester suburban community of Miami, this January.
Managed by Charter Senior Living, a nationally recognized senior care and assisted living organization, The Contemporary will provide senior residents in South Florida with premier amenities and convenient services in an effort to ensure a worry-free lifestyle. The living spaces include a mix of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments with open floor plans and modern features. Nestled on a beautiful, 6-acre campus with shaded walking paths and trails, the community includes thoughtfully designed gathering spaces, indoor lounges, casual dining options, a state-of-the-art fitness center and other upmarket amenities.
The Contemporary is conveniently located on the same campus as MedSquare Place, a Class A medical office building also developed by MAS^AJP and OCTA, which will house some of South Florida’s best-in-class health care and wellness providers, including WellMed/Optum, Keralty Hospital, and Dr. Nick Castellanos, DDS.
To celebrate the opening of the community's first modern senior living facility, The Contemporary is hosting its grand opening on Thursday, January 26, 2023. The celebration will kick off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with VIPs and city officials, followed by live entertainment; appetizers and drinks; gift bags and giveaways; and guided tours of the community, including common areas and apartments within The Contemporary.
