Warsaw Philharmonic Comes to Miami’s Arsht Center Only on April 5th, 2022

Maestro Andrey Boreyko and the Warsaw Philharmonic Orchestra present a program featuring the emotional overture from Polish composer Stanisław Moniuszko’s tragic Paria opera. Also on the program is Chopin’s glittering First Piano Concerto, performed by rising piano star Bruce Liu, who took first place at the 18th International Chopin Piano Competition in October 2021. Performing for one night only in Miami, this is a great opportunity to experience a taste of the excitement surrounding the International Chopin Piano Competition. Since his stunning win in Warsaw, Bruce Liu has been on an extended concert tour, playing to sold-out halls in Japan, South Korea, Brazil, Israel and many European countries. This will be the first chance for audiences in the U.S. to experience the Canadian pianist’s mastery in concert with the same orchestra that propelled him to the winner’s podium in Warsaw. Their performance from October 2021 has now been viewed 2,871,910 times on YouTube!
