Vizcaya Summer Fridays: DJs, Live Art and Bayfront Views in Miami

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is extending its hours on select Fridays this summer with Vizcaya Summer Fridays, a program that gives visitors extra time to explore the property with music, live art and views of Biscayne Bay.

On Summer Fridays, the Main House stays open until 7:30 p.m. and the gardens remain open until 8 p.m. The program is included with standard daytime general admission, allowing guests to spend the day at Vizcaya and stay into the evening.

The series is built around a relaxed after-hours format. Visitors can move through the historic bayfront campus at their own pace rather than follow a fixed schedule.

Each evening includes DJ sets, live art demonstrations and food and drinks available for purchase from local vendors. The events are designed to offer a social way to experience Vizcaya later in the day.

The setting is a major part of the draw. Guests can take in the Main House, waterfront grounds and formal gardens as the sun sets and downtown Miami begins to light up in the distance.

Upcoming Summer Fridays dates are June 26, July 10, August 7 and September 18. General admission is $20 for adults and $10 for children up to age 13. Children 5 and under are admitted free. Evening-only tickets are also available for $15.

Vizcaya Museum and Gardens is located at 3251 South Miami Avenue in Miami. For tickets and more information, visit Vizcaya Summer Fridays.
