At Villa Miami, AD100 designer Vicky Charles of Charles & Co leads the interiors across the entire tower, shaping a unified residential vision from the lobby to the penthouse. Known for her client roster that includes Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Emma Stone, Harry Styles, and David and Victoria Beckham, Charles brings decades of experience designing private homes and members’ clubs into her first Miami condominium project.
Developed by Terra and One Thousand Group in collaboration with Major Food Group, Villa is anchored by a hospitality-driven concept that unfolds vertically through the building. At its core is the Copper Club, a layered amenity experience that begins with a waterfront restaurant and terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay and extends into residents-only levels with private dining rooms, lounges, a fitness center, and a dedicated wellness floor.

“Hospitality’s in my blood. Working with other great people in the industry tempted me back into this world, and what continues to inspire me is how much of it comes down to design,” said Vicky Charles, interior designer for the tower. “For the Copper Club, we wanted to explore the materials of old Europe in a contemporary setting, focusing on a sense of grandeur, but paired with soft furniture and textiles to ensure a relaxed residential feel.”
The building also includes a rooftop helipad and heli lounge, along with an off-site branded beach club, extending the experience beyond the tower.
In the residences, Charles introduces a distinctly European sensibility to Miami’s luxury market, moving away from a conventional palette and toward a warmer, more layered approach. Each full-floor estate-style residence is oriented toward unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay.
“Every aspect of this project is deeply personal to us,” said Charles. “We approached every detail through the lens of luxury, incorporating distinctive marbles, custom patterns, and highly curated amenity offerings.”
Charles also designed the tower’s $55 million crown jewel triplex penthouse. “This residence embodies the pinnacle of luxury entertainment. It’s a defining feature that sets this space apart as truly one-of-a-kind.”

At the center of each home, kitchens designed in collaboration with Major Food Group’s Mario Carbone function as the anchor of daily life, conceived as chef-driven spaces that balance performance and design. Above, the penthouse spans approximately 15,000 square feet across three levels, with expansive terraces, wellness spaces, dual kitchens, sculptural circulation, and private staff quarters, positioning it as one of the most ambitious residential offerings in Miami.
