Opened in July 2024, VERAMENTE is rooted in tradition, where timeless recipes and high-quality ingredients take precedence over trends. Founded by Gianmarco Venuto, Filippo Sironi, and brothers Filippo and Marco Mottolese, the concept reflects a shared vision of understated excellence—where simplicity becomes the ultimate sophistication.
The menu travels across Italy, from North to South, with a curated selection of fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. Each plate is thoughtfully prepared, allowing classic flavors to speak for themselves.
The setting is equally considered. Red brick arches, warm wood, and brass accents create a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. Below, a vinyl room invites guests into a more immersive experience, with curated sounds from the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s—adding a subtle layer of nostalgia to the evening.
