CEO of Ulyssia Residences, Alain Gruber is based in Miami and the team will be opening their United States headquarters in Fort Lauderdale later this year.

2025 marks a milestone year for ULYSSIA, with the build process set to commence later this year in partnership with MEYER YACHTS in Papenburg, Germany, as officially announced at Seatrade earlier this month.
