June 24, 2025 - On May 28, renowned Ukrainian restaurateur Anna Cherednik took part in the International Festival at Sunny Isles Beach K–8 School, representing Ukraine through its rich and heartfelt culinary traditions.

As part of the multicultural celebration, Anna introduced guests, parents, and students to signature flavors that reflect the soul of Ukrainian cuisine — a powerful way to express cultural identity without words. From time-honored recipes to meaningful conversations about heritage, her presentation became a vibrant snapshot of Ukraine’s gastronomic DNA.

“Food is one of the most sincere ways to tell a story about your country,” said Anna. “Especially during times of challenge, cuisine allows us to remain connected to our roots and share them proudly with the world.”

With over 15 years of experience leading restaurants in Ukraine and the U.S., including the legendary “Praha” in Kyiv and her current project “Lemonica” in South Florida, Anna continues to bridge cultures through hospitality and culinary diplomacy.

Her participation was more than a culinary exhibit — it was a symbol of pride, resilience, and Ukraine’s timeless generosity shared around the table.
