Uchi Miami Valentine’s Day Omakase Menu
Looking for a romantic date night spot in Miami this Valentine’s Day? Non-traditional, elevated Japanese restaurant Uchi will be offering a ten-course omakase tasting menu, in-person and to-go. Available on February 14, 2023 from 5-11:00 p.m. Uchi will showcase delectable dishes with optional beverage pairings to set the tone for a romantic evening. King crab - with blue chanterelle, hijiki and kosho butter (add on caviar $50)
Oysters - with carbonated strawberry and thai chili
Onaga - kinmedai nigiri
Roasted maitake - with burnt shishito vinaigrette, beluga lentils and pistachio crumble
Ora king salmon - poached with lemon balm and miso melted leeks
