Uchi Miami Launches 2024 Summer Dinner Series Featuring Local Chef Collaborations



Uchi Miami, Wynwood’s hot spot for a nontraditional take on elevated Japanese cuisine, has kicked off the summer with the first installments of its 2024 Summer Dinner Series 



Guests can expect an exclusive dining experience featuring intimate and innovative  ticketed dinners in collaboration with talented local chefs. Most recently, they partnered with guest chef Chris Arellanes, executive chef of KYU Miami for a fusion Japanese-inspired night where attendees enjoyed a multi-course menu of each concept’s signature dishes such as Masu Crudo, Tasmanian ocean trout; Golden Chicken with foie gras verjus; Wagyu with white asparagus; and Oishii, or creamed sake.

Reservations are required and can be made through SevenRooms. Tickets are $195 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
