TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant is set to host a special event on National Rum Day, Friday, August 16, featuring tropical-themed rum specials.
The celebration will include a curated menu of rum-packed cocktails, each priced at $22. Guests can enjoy:
In the Tropics: Diplomatico Planas Rum, Diplomatico Mantuano Rum, Combier, Lime, Orgeat, Sugar-Free Red Bull, garnished with Pineapple Leaves and Dehydrated Lime Wheel.
Muy Caliente: Diplomatico Seleccion de Familia, Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur, Blood Orange Puree, Lime, Agave, Regan's Orange Bitters, Fever-Tree Club Soda, garnished with a Red Chili Pepper, Blood Orange Wheel, and Tajin Rim.
On Vacation: Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, Disaronno Amaretto, Harmless Harvest Coconut Water, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, garnished with Dehydrated Pineapple and Coconut Flakes.
Additionally, "Diplomatico Rum Flights" will be available for $40 each, featuring Diplomatico Planas, Mantuano, Reserva Exclusiva, and Seleccion de Familia rums.
