TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, located on the 15th floor of the W Miami hotel in Brickell, is hosting a festive Labor Day Weekend Brunch on Saturday, September 5, 2026. Running from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, the holiday event pairs a live DJ set with panoramic views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.
The specialized menu introduces an elevated, social Latin coastal twist to classic holiday dining. Guests can access an interactive seafood station featuring snapper ceviche, shrimp and tuna aguachiles, and mixed seafood. Additional live station options include grilled prime NY strip, woodfired Gulf fish, citrus-marinated chicken, and BBQ pork ribs.
The buffet lineup also features an artisan bakery table stocked with warm brioche rolls, lemon ricotta pancakes, mini croissants, Danish pastries, and seasonal summer fruits. For traditional brunch fare, the kitchen is preparing soft scrambled eggs with crème fraîche, maple-black pepper bacon, chicken apple sausage, and crispy fingerling potatoes. Elevated comfort dishes such as wagyu sliders, mini lobster rolls, and fried chicken sliders with spicy honey complete the savory options before concluding with peach cobbler dessert shooters.
