TULUM Rooftop Bar & Restaurant, located on the 15th floor of the W Miami hotel in Brickell, is hosting a specialized brunch buffet to celebrate Independence Day. The holiday event pairs a festive atmosphere with views of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.

The culinary lineup features a woodfire grill and carving station with prime rib served alongside horseradish cream, smoked brisket, baby ribs, and citrus-glazed chicken. Side dishes at the station include truffle mac and cheese, heirloom carrots, and corn succotash. For classic holiday fare, an elevated Americana section offers wagyu sliders and gourmet hot dogs.

The buffet also includes an artisan bakery and morning table stocked with house-made buttermilk biscuits with truffle honey butter, brioche French toast, mini croissants, pain au chocolat, and a seasonal berry display. A live brunch station prepares classic, Tulum, and smoked salmon eggs benedict, as well as soft scrambled eggs with crème fraîche and chives. These are accompanied by premium breakfast sides such as applewood smoked bacon, maple-glazed pork sausage, duck fat roasted potatoes, and charred asparagus.

A salad station features seasonal options like heirloom tomato with burrata, baby kale Caesar, and a watermelon feta mint salad. The holiday menu concludes with a dessert experience curated by the pastry chef. No à la carte menus will be available during the buffet service.

The holiday dining package is priced at $65 per adult and $35 per child ages 4 to 12, plus applicable taxes and service charges. Reservations for the Independence Day buffet can be booked directly through the OpenTable platform.
