For a special edition of the supper club’s weekly Thursday Night Dinner Parties, Villa Azur is transporting guests to the French Riviera for a night. There, of course, is no shortage of aliment; in addition to the expansive French champagne and wine selection, guests can indulge in Villa Azur’s take on classic French bites. Start with the Baked Bucheron Cheese made with creamy French goat cheese, butternut, hazelnut, and honey on filone toast. Next, treat yourself to the Raviole de Romans, a decadent pasta dish consisting of cheese-stuffed ravioles topped with truffle cream and fresh shaved truffle. For the main course, Villa Azur has prepared a Dover Sole Meunière, a complicated and luxurious fileted fish garnished with capers, , and brown butter. Be sure to consult the in-house sommelier when making your beverage selections while you dine.
If you decide to stray from the masterfully paired wine and champagne as the night goes on, check out Villa Azur’s cocktail menu chocked full of delicious, colorful creations. As can be inferred from the dining selection for the night, Villa Azur specializes in blending and combining flavors to create one-of-a-kind dishes and drinks that are almost too beautiful to consume.
