Tiffany & Co. Unveiled Pop-Up At 2024 Us Open Tennis Tournament
Tiffany & Co. has unveiled an exclusive pop-up for the 2024 US Open tennis tournament, immersing visitors to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in the world of Tiffany & Co. for the second year in a row.
Through September, visitors can experience the immersive pop-up, celebrating Tiffany’s heritage of creating world-renowned sports trophies and the House’s legacy of exceptional craftsmanship.
The pop-up showcases replicas of US Open Men’s and Women’s Singles Championship Trophies, crafted by Tiffany & Co. since 1987. Each year, expert silversmiths at the Tiffany & Co. hollowware workshop in Cumberland, Rhode Island handcraft the coveted trophies, each a sophisticated tribute to the tournament and a symbol of Tiffany’s world-renowned craftsmanship.
The Tiffany & Co. pop-up also displays the one-of-a-kind Elsa Peretti® Diamonds by the Yard® tennis racket, along with its leather cover, which was painted employing the traditional Japanese inden craft technique. The racket is featured in a dreamy vignette inspired by the window displays of the House’s iconic The Landmark store. Also featured are Tiffany Blue® tennis balls and an AR Mirror created by Snap Inc., providing interactive augmented-reality experiences for guests.
For the first time this year, Tiffany & Co. displayed the full suite of US Open trophies prior to the Singles Championship ceremonies. And to kick off the tournament, the House showcased the Women’s Singles Championship Trophy in a window at The Landmark.
