Tiffany & Co. Marks America’s 250th Anniversary With Heritage Highlights
Tiffany & Co. is commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States by reflecting on nearly two centuries of its own design history, emphasizing how its creations have intersected with defining moments in American culture.

The house is revisiting historic commissions, including President Abraham Lincoln’s 1861 gift of a suite of Tiffany pearls to his wife Mary Todd Lincoln to mark his inauguration, a gesture that underscored the brand’s early association with political and social milestones.

Tiffany & Co. is also highlighting its role in the 1886 unveiling of the Statue of Liberty, for which it designed the official invitation, as well as its 1967 debut of the handcrafted Vince Lombardi Trophy for the first Super Bowl, both examples of its work becoming part of national celebrations.

As part of the anniversary focus, the company is directing attention to The Landmark, its New York City flagship, which presents archival and contemporary designs to a new generation of visitors. Plan your visit
