In many South Florida developments, architectural and interior detail are often reduced to control costs. A new project in North Miami Beach is taking a different approach.

The William, a 26-story condominium tower developed by Blue Road and Ilia Development Group, introduces a design-driven concept to a submarket that has historically seen limited architectural and interior articulation at this scale. Pricing starts in the mid-$400,000s.
The building is designed by Carlos Ott in collaboration with Behar Font & Partners, with interiors by Urban Robot. The project emphasizes materiality and continuity between private and shared spaces, with a focus on how residents experience the building.
More than 40,000 square feet of amenities extend this approach. The ninth floor centers on a pool deck, outdoor bar, and wellness and fitness areas. The rooftop includes a pickleball court, open-air gathering spaces, and the Coral Lounge positioned to capture sunset views.
