The Wagyu Bar, owned by butcher Meat N’ Bone, has opened in a larger space on South Le Jeune Road in Coral Gables after relocating from its original Coral Way location.

The restaurant now occupies the former Cafe Vialetto site, increasing its capacity to about 70 seats and adding a private dining room for up to 16 guests. The expansion provides more parking and a redesigned interior, with a glass-enclosed wine room and a bar that features a daily Happy Hour with $7 well cocktails and a selection of small plates.

The menu centers on steaks ranging from $25 to $200, including USDA Midwestern cuts and an expanded list of Japanese, Australian, and American Wagyu. Offerings span Japanese A5 Wagyu, Kokusan Japanese Wagyu, Colorado Wagyu, and USDA Prime, alongside dishes such as A5 Wagyu nigiri, charred beef tartare, burgers, katsus, baby back ribs, and grilled branzino. Lunch specials run daily from noon to 3 p.m., with salads, burgers, individual platters, and sharing plates designed for groups.
The original space on Coral Way is being converted into Meat N’ Bone Kitchen, a hybrid retail and casual concept offering a focused menu of sandwiches, burgers, breakfast-style plates, and other meat-forward dishes. Meat N’ Bone also sells premium meats and seafood direct to consumers through its online store, allowing customers to shop online for delivery across the continental United States.
The Wagyu Bar is located at 4019 South Le Jeune Road in Coral Gables and is open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Reservations are available through Resy and OpenTable, and additional details can be found at The Wagyu Bar.
