The Lincoln Coconut Grove

In the heart of Coconut Grove, one of Miami's most historic and charming neighborhoods, a new luxury development aims to redefine boutique residential living. The Lincoln Coconut Grove, a 48-residence condominium project, has officially launched sales, introducing a blend of modern design and the area's storied heritage.

Developed by Element Development and LORE Development Group in collaboration with Leste Group and Opportunity Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário, The Lincoln stands out in a cityscape increasingly dominated by towering high-rises. With floor plans ranging from one to four bedrooms, plus dens, the residences span 1,323 to 3,073 square feet. Six penthouses, each approximately 3,000 square feet, offer double-height ceilings and views of Biscayne Bay, Coral Gables, and Brickell’s iconic skyline. Prices start at $1.5 million, with sales managed by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

The project’s design reflects the tropical modernism unique to Coconut Grove. Miami-based Paredes Architects envisioned the building, while Brazilian firm CITE Arquitetura crafted a facade inspired by the neighborhood's banyan trees. The vertical contours and root-like forms provide privacy and blend with the lush surroundings. Design Philosophy, responsible for interiors, opted for a serene palette of soft mauves, rich blues, and neutral tones accented with black and white for subtle glamour. Italian Snaidero kitchens and Miele appliances further elevate the residences.

Amenities that Combine Luxury and Community

The Lincoln offers residents a curated living experience with a double-height lobby, bespoke chandelier, and striking design elements like a sculptural fluted glass wall. Amenities include a rooftop pool deck with private cabanas, a yoga pavilion, and spaces for socializing or entertaining. Wellness features include a fitness center, hot and cold plunge pools, and a steam room. For practical needs, the property includes a covered dog park and grooming room.

A playful touch is found in the “Columpio,” a pavilion with colorful swings that invites relaxation. Other features include an owners’ lounge, a golf simulator, and a theater.

A Walkable Location in Miami’s Oldest Neighborhood

Coconut Grove’s appeal lies in its walkability and connection to nature. The Lincoln is situated near Cocowalk, Michelin-recognized restaurants like Ariete and Los Félix, and marinas. Residents can also access private clubs, parks, and schools, or use nearby public transit to reach Coral Gables, Downtown Miami, and the airport.

“Coconut Grove is a neighborhood where history and modernity coexist,” said Daniel de la Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “The Lincoln embodies that spirit, offering luxury living in a setting that feels deeply connected to Miami’s roots.”
