Kimberlie Glaser is no stranger to the finer things in life. Her lifestyle appeals to many who admire her as she shines daily in the great state of Florida. As a glamorous go-getter powerhouse, she enjoys and deeply appreciates her accomplishments that have risen from hard work ethics and determination. Her self-confidence and belief in shaping her own destiny developed her into the commercial real estate guru that she is today, as well as one who uses her wealth for a good cause.
"I hate the holidays and weekends," she unveils. "I love working and am always looking for my next deal. Wherever I go, whether it's on business or anywhere, I'm always scoping areas everywhere."
Well-formulated principles of discipline have been with her since being a teenager growing up in Indiana. Glaser started out in the workforce by clocking in at McDonald's and doing shifts at plant nurseries. She was even a medical nurse until making her real estate goals a reality. This lifelong ambitious drive is what led to her nickname of "Tony the Tiger." A passion to rise to the top led her marching on the road to reach her goals. Tenacious in spirit since day one, her world became illuminated the further she pushed herself in her career.
It was these early childhood days that created the phenomenal businesswoman of today. Her impressive portfolio includes leasing retail spaces to BJ's Wholesale Clubs, Wegmans grocery stores, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, CVS, Starbucks, and McDonald's. Glaser has helmed business from casinos to salt and granite mines and is also very keen on Florida's real estate landscape, which she believes continues to be a real "hotspot."
Even while watching her business continue to expand and explode, she takes pride in her "very small, close-knit team." "We're like a family,” she says about her incredible office. “We're very hands on with everything." Now splitting her time between Rochester, New York and Palm Beach, Glaser has taken personal strength rooted in her real estate empire to help build bridges of entrepreneur goodwill. Her big deals simply make her a big deal no matter where she is working in the world. Her achievements are vast and come from a will power that only a few in life are lucky enough to hold.
"I'm always striving to become bigger," she poignantly reflects.
Even during setbacks including the pandemic and inflation, this titan has always found ways to thrive. Despite obstacles her optimistic outlook about the real estate market in general has her perpetually on top of the market chain.
"Things are starting to pick up,” she says about the current state of things. “I've always felt like nothing ventured, nothing gained. I always take a risk."
While the entrepreneur has conquered the notion of sweet living in Florida as a success story, she also harmonizes and finds the balance with her heart being open to all the ways of the world. Her career has secured her riches, but it also has opened her mind to feeling blessed. Not a day passes that she is just as resolute to be top in her field as she is to find a way to give back.
Putting her community first, the philanthropist is driven as a humanitarian to help those less fortunate. Perhaps the only thing she enjoys more than the art of the deal is the art of giving back. "I love and support anything that involves children, such as St. Jude, as well as Big Dog Ranch Rescue for animals and furry friends, as well as the Boys and Girls Club. I give back about ten percent of my income every year."
Her biggest role models are Tesla founder Elon Musk and most importantly, those she thinks should be viewed as our biggest heroes - single mothers who are raising children on their own, just as her own mother was.
Glaser is additionally devoted to Victoria's Voice, an organization founded by Jackie Siegel of “Queen of Versailles” fame. She aligns with the foundation’s goal to help young people struggling with addiction. Another organization close to her heart is Ashley Brown's Selfless Love Foundation, which aims to help others start a family.
