The Elser Hotel Redefines Luxury Hospitality in Downtown Miami with Concierge Services

For example, the hotel has introduced a partnership with distinguished yacht company Spectre Sea to offer exclusive, one-of-a-kind yacht excursions that include a private four-hour charter on one of Spectre Sea’s luxury vessels, curated culinary experiences by the hotel’s executive chef, water sports such as tubing and paddleboarding, and custom drinks crafted by seasoned mixologists.
The luxury amenities do not stop there; The Elser also houses a comprehensive two-level fitness complex offering personal training and a robust schedule of instructor-led group fitness classes. The Elser also recently introduced in-house wellness services by Pinecrest Wellness - Downtown, Pinecrest Physical Therapy, Pinecrest Physical Therapy, to help guests and residents recover from injuries, improve mobility and enhance their overall physical well-being with advanced techniques and personalized treatments. The Elser guests and residents can book directly or via the hotel’s concierge.
The Elser caters to the traveling family as well. To provide families with reliable childcare during their stay, The Elser also works with itavi, a premium accredited childcare service led by industry experts, to give kids fun and interactive playtime, learning opportunities, local cultural immersion, arts and crafts, exercise and more. Itavi trains all of its “Mzees” (screened childcare professionals) to provide engaging curriculums for the kids. Mzees also meet with parents or guardians and children before the scheduled session to introduce themselves and learn more about the family. They also offer real-time video check-ins and have a formal process to ensure safety and a positive experience.
