The Deck at Island Gardens Launches Brand New Sunday Brunch Buffet
For those with the new year's resolution to eat more brunch this 2023, The Deck at Island Gardens is bringing back Miami's most iconic Sunday brunch buffet to kick off everyone's fresh foodie cravings.
Guests can experience the treasured waterfront restaurant's revamped Sunday brunch starting January 8. From noon to 4 p.m., the gastronomic affair features a variety of mouthwatering stations which include omelets, grilled skewers, seasonal salads, hot dishes, passed pizzas, charcuterie, paella and more. Seafood lovers can dive into an all-new Chilled from the Sea station with unlimited fresh oysters, shrimp and seasonal options. Those with a sweet tooth can head to the dessert station, which will feature signature house favorites such as the Chocolate Nemesis, Salted Caramel Mille-Feuille and other specialty creations. Brunch cocktails include Mimosas, Bellinis, Aperol Spritzes, Grapefruit Spritzes, White Sangria and Red Sangria.
This unparalleled setting for waterfront dining will also feature live beats by rotating DJ’s, singers and bands. As brunch winds down in the late evening, guests are enticed to stay for the sunset vibes with DJ Christophe Lacroix to match the panoramic views of Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay.
Pricing starts at $75 per person, which includes one welcome mimosa or Bellini. A $135 per person package includes two hours of brunch cocktails, select wine and beer. The first 50 guests to reserve for the opening day will additionally receive a complimentary round of the restaurant’s signature Passion-ista cocktail.
