The Cove Eleuthera has announced a rare collaborative culinary weekend, bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated chefs to the Bahamas. From July 23–25, 2026, the resort will host Mark Lundgaard, head chef of the two-Michelin-starred Kong Hans Kælder in Copenhagen, and Nathan Rich, culinary director of the renowned Twin Farms in Vermont.

The weekend is designed to highlight the vibrant, ocean-driven flavors of Eleuthera, utilizing local ingredients such as freshly caught snapper, conch, and spiny lobster. The experience begins the week prior at Twin Farms in Vermont, where guests can enjoy an intimate dining experience inspired by the estate’s gardens before heading to the Bahamas for the main event.

Program Highlights:
Conch Diving with the Chefs: An immersive afternoon where guests can join Chef Lundgaard and Chef Rich to experience the traditional Bahamian art of conch diving.
Sushi Masterclass: A deep dive into the art of sushi-making at the resort’s Freedom Restaurant & Sushi Bar.
Collaborative Grand Dinner: A final multi-course tasting menu showcasing the combined technical precision and local island inspiration of both chefs.
The resort is offering an all-inclusive package for travelers looking to participate in the full itinerary. The Cove Eleuthera is known for its secluded luxury and commitment to authentic island experiences, making it a premier destination for culinary-driven travel in the Caribbean.
