Nobu Barbuda is located on Princess Diana Beach on the island of Barbuda, part of Antigua and Barbuda, about a 3.5-hour flight from Miami to Antigua followed by a 15–90 minute transfer to Barbuda. This secluded location serves as the foundation for The Beach Club, Barbuda, a highly anticipated private resort and residential community set on nearly 400 acres along more than two miles of uninterrupted beach frontage.

The destination is anchored by the Nobu Beach Inn, a low-impact, nature-first resort with construction set to be completed in late 2026. The project represents the realization of a long-standing vision shared by founders Robert De Niro, Daniel Shamoon, and James Packer. Designed with sustainability and legacy in mind, The Beach Club blends world-class Nobu hospitality with the barefoot ease of Barbuda living.

At its heart, the Nobu Beach Inn will feature 36 bedrooms distributed across 17 bungalow cottages. The property will offer signature Nobu dining, an expansive beach club and restaurant, an indoor and outdoor spa, an oceanfront pool, tennis and padel courts, a kids club, and a full suite of boating and water sports. Dedicated hosts will curate bespoke experiences featuring a rotating calendar of visiting chefs, wellness practitioners, and cultural programming.

Exclusive real estate offerings within the community include 25 custom Nobu Beach Inn Residences, 23 Beach Club Villa lots, and seven larger Beach Club Estate lots designed for private compounds. Homeowners will also gain access to The Clubhouse, a private beachfront space with a dedicated pool, curated dining and beverage experiences, and live music.

Nobu Barbuda: Now Open for the Season

For travelers headed to the Caribbean in 2026, the Nobu Barbuda restaurant and lounge is currently open for the season, offering an advanced preview of what is to come at The Beach Club. As the Caribbean's only Nobu destination, guests can enjoy a refined, off-the-grid escape featuring signature offerings such as a sunset omakase and Japanese-style BBQ.

New for the 2026 season, the destination has introduced two elevated offerings to enhance the visitor experience. The "Air, Sand & Sea: Private Barbuda Day Trip" invites guests to arrive via a scenic helicopter ride from Antigua to Princess Diana Beach. The day includes a private Sushi Tasting & Master Class at Nobu Barbuda, followed by cocktails and champagne in a private beach cabana before returning to Antigua via a private boat transfer at sunset.

Additionally, the new "Beach Bungalow for the Day" experience caters perfectly to yachters and day visitors. This offering includes access to a private pool, outdoor loungers, dining spaces, direct beach access, and the complete Nobu Barbuda culinary experience.
