The Bass Museum of Art in Miami Beach will host afternoon soccer match screenings this summer alongside its exhibition Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait, a two-channel film installation centered on French soccer player Zinédine Zidane.

The museum’s Midday Matches at the Museum program will feature livestreams of select afternoon games, including Switzerland vs Canada on Wednesday, June 24, Norway vs France on Friday, June 26, and a quarterfinal match on Friday, July 10, from 3 to 5 pm.
Visitors wearing a soccer team jersey will receive free museum admission on these dates and can view Zidane: A 21st Century Portrait, on display through July 19, 2026.
The exhibition, conceived by artists Douglas Gordon and Philippe Parreno, presents Zidane through two large projections that contrast a composed cinematic edit with close-up footage from a dedicated camera, exploring contemporary image-making and sports spectacle.
Late afternoon food service will be available at the museum’s café during the screenings, and parking is offered at the Collins Park municipal garage at 340 23rd Street, one block north of the museum.
Guests can RSVP online for match screenings and visit the museum’s website for additional exhibition information.
