Miami Beach’s iconic Ocean Drive is known for its pastel-hued Art Deco architecture, oceanfront energy and buzzing nightlife—but this January, the street’s culinary scene is stepping into the spotlight. From January 9–11, 2026, the Ocean Drive Association (ODA) and Miami Design Preservation League (MDPL) are debuting An Art Deco Taste of Ocean Drive, a first-of-its-kind culinary series designed to complement the city’s famed Art Deco Weekend.

For three days, visitors can explore specially curated prix-fixe menus at participating restaurants along Ocean Drive, with lunch priced at $35 and dinner at $45. From fine dining to casual fare, the selections showcase the eclectic flavors and global cuisines that define Miami Beach, all served against the backdrop of the city’s celebrated historic architecture.

To make the experience even easier, the ODA and MDPL teamed up with local creative agency Hue to create a mobile-friendly website that works like a native app—no downloads needed. Guests can browse participating restaurants and menus while strolling along the beachside street, making it simple to plan a culinary journey as they take in the sights and sounds of Art Deco Weekend.

“Ocean Drive has always been at the heart of Miami Beach’s identity, and our new culinary program adds another exciting layer to Art Deco Weekend,” said Ceci Velasco, executive director of the Ocean Drive Association. “As guests stroll the historic district, we invite them to sit down, savor the flavors of our local restaurants, and truly experience all that Ocean Drive has to offer.”

The new culinary series joins a packed weekend lineup celebrating Miami Beach’s Art Deco legacy, including guided architectural walking tours, vintage markets, classic car displays and Jazz Age-inspired entertainment. This year’s festival theme, “Celebrating Air, Land & Sea,” honors the travel innovations of the 1920s and ’30s that helped shape global culture and bring Art Deco style to Miami Beach.

“We’re thrilled to launch An Art Deco Taste of Ocean Drive as part of our mission to preserve and promote the unique character of the district,” said Meg Lousteau, executive director of the Miami Design Preservation League. “This program not only celebrates Ocean Drive’s architectural legacy but also its thriving culinary culture.”

With more than 30 restaurants participating, from A Fish Called Avalon’s upscale oceanfront dining to the Cuban-inspired cuisine of J’Adore, the casual charm of Buddy Burger, and the playful energy of Mango’s Tropical Café, the series offers a delicious cross-section of Ocean Drive’s culinary landscape.
