Tanya Goldmay: Textile, Form and Memory

Tanya Goldmay
Tanya Goldmay is a Ukrainian artist based in Fort Lauderdale, working across sculptural textile reliefs, mixed media and collectible functional art. Her architectural background informs her attention to space, texture and scale. Through folds, knots and constructed surfaces, she gives soft materials structure and a strong physical presence.
Her practice also includes reimagined furniture and art objects, exploring how materials can be transformed and given a new expressive life. Original works are available for purchase, and she welcomes commissions and collaborations with galleries, designers and cultural partners.
Alongside this work, Goldmay is developing Axis of Memory, a multidisciplinary cultural project rooted in a family archive preserved from Ukraine. Through sculpture, photography and performance, it explores memory, identity and the rebuilding of life after loss. She is seeking partners and support for its first exhibition chapter.
