Tanuki River Landing Launches New Menus & Live Entertainment
Occupying 4,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor space along the Miami River, Tanuki River Landing features a boho chic setting of teak furniture and vines cascading from the ceiling, a perfect backdrop for all types of gatherings and for guests with boats to pull up and dock, then enjoy a dine at the restaurant.
In addition to maki, nigiri, sushi, and dim sum programs, the new menu boasts three Omakase experiences, as well as cold, wok and robata sections. Other novel dishes include specialties like Salmon Tacos with salmon-truffle tartare; Chicken Poppers with karaage chicken, and yuzu aioli; Miso Black Cod with demi-glace, and miso micro mix; Yellow Tiradito bathed in agave yuzu dressing, dry miso, and micro cilantro; and Tonkatsu Ramen tossed pork belly, mixed veggies, and egg.
Tanuki River Landing’s new menu also comes with a section solely dedicated to vegetarian offerings such as Crispy Brussel Sprouts with yuzu truffle dressing, cherry tomatoes, and cashews; a main course of General Tso’s Vegetables made with broccoli, carrots, peppers, and cashews; signature Whole Roasted Cauliflower with garlic shiso butter, tofu feta aioli; and a dish of Togarashi Corn, prepared here with lime and shiso butter.
The Live Entertainment roster includes live DJ and Fire Dancer sets on Friday and Saturday evenings and a DJ live set during Sunday brunch.
