Sustainable Lux Fashion Art Brand, Dust of Gods, Expands Into Miami Wynwood During Art Basel
Toronto-based, sustainable, high-end, fashion brand, Dust of Gods, celebrated expanding its presence into the U.S. with a new BAO showroom grand opening in Miami during Miami Art Week 2022 in collaboration with Medellín street artist, animation creator and sculpture, Mactivo, this past weekend in the heart of Wynwood at 2238 NW 1st Place, Miami, Florida 33127.
Founded and led by Phillip Spencley and Francis Paua, the new Dust of Gods BAO Showroom is the first of several with another showroom opening in New York City later this month, with even more expansion coming to North America in 2023.
In addition, the BAO Showroom is debuting its global online e-commerce shop www.byappointmentonly.miami this week, just in time for the holidays, allowing stylish men and women around the world to purchase exclusive handmade Dust of God wearable art vintage jackets, shirts, and pants featuring grails, custom stitching, and iconic patchwork, designed by the fashion brand’s Creative Director, Antonio Tadrissi.

Dust of Gods offers upcycled, luxurious ‘one-of-one’ fashion pieces that are equally haute fashion and wearable art. “Creativity, art and sustainability are at the forefront of the Dust of God's brand and it's great that this new store is located in one of the top creative areas of the city,” said Tadrissi.
From high-end vintage jackets, to hand-crafted pants and hoodies, Dust of Gods has made a name for itself globally as it promotes its up-cycle motto of creating more, consuming less, and uplifting the world with wearable art. “We love the fashion brand and are excited to grow our stores and its fashion presence across North America’s top metropolitan cities. Celebrating the opening of this new Dust of Gods BAO retail store in Miami’s budding Wynwood arts district included top VIP fashion influencers, designers, artists, art lovers and other industry insiders and media members.

Iconic Colombian street artist, Mactivo, collaborated with the BAO showroom to decorate its interiors with life sized graffiti paintings and sculptures hand painted by Mactivo himself.
VIP guests enjoyed stunning fashion, live music from DJ Cardi, along with cocktails, lite bites and socializing with the fashion and art world’s industry insiders and innovators.
Dust of Gods has earned enormous popularity in the global fashion industry after continuously being worn by the world’s top athletes, entertainers, models and celebrities including UFC featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski, DJ Alesso, and more.
