St. Regis Residences, Miami Launches The Legacy Collection of Waterfront Homes
Related Group and Integra Investments unveiled The Legacy Collection, a portfolio of seven ultra-luxury waterfront residences at The St. Regis Residences, Miami in South Brickell. The collection features Garden Villas, Sky Villas, and full-floor Penthouses in the 50-story tower overlooking Biscayne Bay.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, this is the firm’s first residential project in Miami and one of the last projects overseen by Stern before his passing in November 2025. The Legacy Collection thus represents a true design legacy, highlighting a final chapter in a career that helped define modern luxury residential design. Interiors are by Rockwell Group, and the tower blends flowing curves and grand setbacks with light-filled interiors.
The Legacy Collection includes two stand-alone Villas, three multi-level Sky Villas, and two full-floor Penthouses. Residences range from 7,600 to 9,900 square feet, with private terraces, select pools, and sweeping water views. Prices start at $25.5 million, with first occupancy expected in late 2027.
The Villas offer private seaside living with multiple levels, rooftop retreats, terraces, and outdoor pools. Interiors feature bespoke Italian millwork, chef’s kitchens, and ceilings exceeding 12 feet.

Sky Villas occupy upper levels, providing double-height living spaces, expansive terraces, and panoramic Bay views. The layouts accommodate daily living and entertaining.

Penthouses crown the tower with uninterrupted views of Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic. Select units include rooftop terraces, private pools, and dedicated elevator foyers.

Residents have access to more than 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including fitness and wellness areas, infinity pools, a private marina, and dining led by Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi. St. Regis Signature Butler Service is available to manage personal requests and coordinate services.
The tower is set within landscaped grounds by Enea Garden Design, providing privacy and calm along Miami’s waterfront.
