GOLDLAW, a personal injury law firm with its main headquarters in West Palm Beach and offices in Port St. Lucie, is proud to announce that Chief Legal Officer and Litigation Attorney Spencer Kuvin, Esq. has become a shareholder. Kuvin has been Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial since 2012. GOLDLAW has represented victims of negligence since 2002. Kuvin proudly serves GOLDLAW’s mission of “Holding accountable those who hurt others.”
Kuvin began his legal career in Miami and has been a zealous advocate for injured victims for over 30 years. He has proudly followed in the footsteps of his father, Larry Kuvin, who was a Florida attorney for over 50 years, and at the end of his career, served as the President of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
During his career, Kuvin has handled multiple noteworthy cases, including cases against Jeffrey Epstein, Hugh Heffner, Bill Cosby, National Churches, and many other powerful celebrities. Kuvin’s practice spans the entire United States. Because of his experience and expertise, he is often asked to step in as co-counsel, nation-wide, to help other attorneys litigate complex matters.
Kuvin is proudest of his victories against powerful individuals and powerful corporations. His reputation as “The Giant Slayer” has earned him accolades across the country for his courage to take on any person, company, or institution who has victimized the powerless. He has obtained multiple jury verdicts over $1 million and two in excess of $5 million. He practices in the areas of sexual abuse, medical malpractice, negligent security, trucking accidents, product liability, and other areas of personal injury.
One of the verdicts he is most proud of obtaining was one recently against insurance industry darling Dr. Michael Zeide for defamation, where he obtained a judgment of nearly $1 million.
As Chief Legal Officer, Kuvin manages a team of 10 attorneys and a legal staff of more than 60 at GOLDLAW. Craig Goldenfarb, Esq., the founder of the firm, looks forward to continuing GOLDLAW’S steady growth under Kuvin’s stewardship.
