Sotheby’s Launches Mobile App for Personalized Art Collections

Sotheby’s has expanded its digital services with a mobile app that lets users curate custom collections of fine art, design and luxury objects while staying updated on auctions throughout the year.



The app allows clients to follow auctions and individual items based on their interests and to receive real time updates as sales progress. Users can browse a tailored feed that reflects their collecting preferences and can explore available works across categories such as contemporary and impressionist art, handbags, sneakers and automobiles.


The new tool complements Sotheby’s existing private sales service, which operates year round outside the auction calendar to facilitate discreet acquisitions and sales for collectors.
